“These guys are awesome - really knowledgeable, honest, and quick. I had them change the tires on my boat and called ahead to get pricing. They ended up charging me less than what they quoted over the phone. Once they were done, they took the time to explain the source of the unusual tread wear I was concerned with and even explain that it wasn't cost-effective/practical to address since it wasn't causing rapid wear. I really appreciate their honest/transparent approach to customer service. Thanks for the great service!”

“I've had my 2022 silverado worked on for several services at D&L Motorsports, both scheduled maintenance as well as warranty repairs. They have always been quick and courteous, and worked with my extended warranty company to get the repair work covered. They also offered me shuttle rides so I didn't have to wait for the repairs to be done. I highly recommend using their shop if your vehicle needs a repair. They work on both foreign and domestic vehicles.”
“The smoothest experience I have ever had at a smog test station. Roger was cordial and efficient at his job. I was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes. He even offers a senior or veterans discount for those that qualify. I was only 10 minutes away and without traffic lights to slow you down the distance to Airport Rd from downtown actually took less time than going to the other shops in town. Appointments are recommended but drive ins are more than welcome.”

“The team at big O is always professional and courteous, and I trust that they will take care of my vehicle so that I am my family are safe, last weekend I went in to get my tires rotated and Mike the manager came up and said that they had a problem with one of my tires that it couldn’t get a balance on it , so he had already checked the tread depth and saw that my tire was still in warranty and replaced it for free and the way I went very satisfied and very happy that they detected that or else maybe there could’ve been a serious problem with the tire and possibly I could’ve been in a wreck or something, but they and their professionalism took care of the problem. I highly recommend them. I’ve been doing business with them for close to 20 years now and I’ve never been dissatisfied.”

“First time customer and must say I am impressed! I recently acquired a nearly 20 year old performance car with years of deferred maintenance. Steve answered my questions before I scheduled my first appointment. His feedback and recommendations were honest and meaningful. I reached out to another local shop (that has been here longer than O2) about my concerns and did not even get a call back. O2 serviced my car last week and the work was completed on time and at a very fair price. From now on, I can rest assured that we no longer have to drive to Chico or Sacramento to service the European cars in our family.”

“I stopped in around 10:00 AM without an appointment while passing through on a full-day road trip back home to Oregon. With winter weather in the mountains, I needed to have my studded tires mounted again so I could make the drive safely. I had actually had the studs removed at this same location a few weeks earlier while traveling the opposite direction.
Even though I arrived without an appointment, they were able to work me in between scheduled customers within a reasonable amount of time.
The staff was pleasant, professional, and very much in line with the customer service reputation that Les Schwab is known for.
I’m not entirely sure what their standard policy is for seasonal tire changeovers, but I appreciated that they didn’t charge me for the swap this time around, especially since I had recently paid for the tire sensor reprogramming during my earlier visit.
Overall, it was a smooth and helpful experience. If I’m traveling through the area again and need tire service, I wouldn’t hesitate to return to this location.”

“OUTSTANDING people, service, attitude and attention. I am on a cross country trip from Virginia to all of the west and my left rear tire had a slow leak today. I brought it in here at 3:30 and these guys got me in, found the screw in it, patched and plugged it, and had me on my way. Hardly any wait at all. I am SO indebted to them and they were so nice. I went in to get a battery and they did not have it in stock but they still called around and gave me a new battery in my car in less than 30 minutes.
