“I cannot recommend Big O Tires in Redding enough! I was driving down the mountain when someone alerted me that my tire was dangerously deflated. After limping the car down safely and putting air in the tire at a gas station, I pulled into Big O Tires.Even though they were busy, they immediately took my car in to check it out. They found a screw punctured right through the tire and patched it up perfectly. To my absolute amazement, when it came time to pay, they told me there was no charge for the repair. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful during a very stressful moment. They have earned a customer for life. Thank you so much to the wonderful team here!”

“I made a appointment for a alignment, my son took my truck in, found out I have problems with ball joints and such. They proced to align the front end as well as possible. When finished, my son waited to pay and was told NO CHARGE! When the front end is fixed bring it back for the alignment. Who does this anymore? Total awesome in these times!! The tire I chose had a $70 rebate too so I got four new tires for $1077. Staff checked my brake pad wear and showed me some worn axel boots. So I was happy with sales and service.”

My tire pressure sensor said I had low pressure in one tire. I was on a long drive and stopped here to get my tires checked. The guy checked all four tires and said the pressure in all of them was correct and that it is probably a bad sensor. He wouldn't let me pay him anything. I really really appreciate the help and would absolutely come here again!”
