“I'm writing Cricket about an employee at the Panorama Mall. I go to that store often for questions to be answered about upgrading and possibly getting a new phone. Most of the time it's like I'm invisible or short answers hoping I'll leave. This particular time I went into the Cricket store and to my surprise I was acknowledged and the employee made me feel welcomed. Her name is Gabriela Hernandez.
Now Gabriela doesn't speak much English but her effort to help me anyway was impressive. She even used some type of translator on her phone to be more clear as to what I wanted. I just wanted to buy a phone as my Samsung phone was at a mom & pop store where the owner decided to work for Uber and leave me with no phone for 2 days and not show up. I just wanted Cricket to know they have a valuable employee that is fluent in Spanish and fluent in understanding the customers needs. Thank you Gabriela”

“I was first squinted with Alfonso over the phone after I called the corporate location in panorama because the employee working at the location thats 2 min from me was worthless. I called over to the corporate office and Alfonso answered the phone. He listened to my situation and had a solution for everything that was going wrong and told me to come in to his branch and he would take care of what I was told was the impossible. Himself and his manager were very kind and helpful, also extremely accommodating. He followed through with what he told me over the phone and made sure I left with what I came for.
