“MY NEW FAVORITE METRO BY T-MOBILE STORE in Van Nuys, California. Ivan is now the manager of this store and I can't say enough about how helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly he is. Excellent problem-solver and troubleshooting, Ivan helps me with all my phone problems and questions, straightening out billing matters and technical issues. I always return to this particular store whenever I am looking to upgrade a phone, add or change service features because good customer service is very important to me.”

“I was first squinted with Alfonso over the phone after I called the corporate location in panorama because the employee working at the location thats 2 min from me was worthless. I called over to the corporate office and Alfonso answered the phone. He listened to my situation and had a solution for everything that was going wrong and told me to come in to his branch and he would take care of what I was told was the impossible. Himself and his manager were very kind and helpful, also extremely accommodating. He followed through with what he told me over the phone and made sure I left with what I came for. Thank you for taking customer service literally and taking that extra time to satisfy customers. If you are anywhere near Los Angeles and you need a metro store, it's worth your travels to make it over to the panorama city location corporate office.”
