“I was first squinted with Alfonso over the phone after I called the corporate location in panorama because the employee working at the location thats 2 min from me was worthless. I called over to the corporate office and Alfonso answered the phone. He listened to my situation and had a solution for everything that was going wrong and told me to come in to his branch and he would take care of what I was told was the impossible. Himself and his manager were very kind and helpful, also extremely accommodating. He followed through with what he told me over the phone and made sure I left with what I came for. Thank you for taking customer service literally and taking that extra time to satisfy customers. If you are anywhere near Los Angeles and you need a metro store, it's worth your travels to make it over to the panorama city location corporate office.”

“The truth is, I had been considering switching from Metro to Verizon because I was tired of not being able to send or receive picture messages on my phone. After being given the run around at Verizon, I decided to see if I had any deals with Metro since I had been a customer since 2018. Sa'ad immediately helped me with my inquiry. He asked me what I was looking for and laid out my three options. After talking with me, he learned that I was open to switching to T-Mobile, and that I was eligible for the newest Samsung phone. I told him I wanted to keep my monthly payments to a minimum and he was able to find the best deal for me. Sa'ad has outstanding customer service skills, he was very friendly and knowledgeable and looked out for me. He even conferred with his colleague in regards to getting me a deal on a smart watch, but T-Mobile was out of stock. His genuine interest in helping customers paired with his knowledge of cell phone offers and policy helped make buying a new phone easy and stress-free.”

Point, drove down to give it a change, the guy nicely said 40 minutes to unlock it for me ?, wait for in it and yes!! My phone unlocked and usable again , paid $85 but worth it than buying a new one. ? Recommend this place”
