I was struggling to find a shop that would do vinyl wrapping for my photo booth equipment, and at the last minute I found Vision King Wrap and they exceeded ALL expectations! The wrap was complimented by so many guest at the event, but more important, it was their customer service. They not only made the time to make sure it was ready for me on time (as I found them one week before event time), but they offered recommendations, and even offered to help me remove it afterwards! They have gained a customer for good now after their wonderful work.

“If you ever receive a package in the mail from box number 289, it is the address for the official location and is probably a sticker bumper sticker or some kind of other printed item that you ordered from either of them or another company that uses this company for their printing and shipping. Because this spot is an official UPS and FedEx mailing location they print your items in mail them out. Whether or not there the company that we're ordering from on Amazon and other light companies I do not know but they do handle at least Amazon third party company.”

Was nervous as I was thinking it could be damaged during shipping and sure enough it was.(no fault of their own, it was packaged really well) Talked with Grace from Squaresigns, and they took care of me. They stand by their product and are replacing my product free of charge. It shows they care about their customers unlike other companies out there. I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with them again.
