Johnathan was awesome and very patient getting my service request submitted and approved quickly. Daniel the Pep Boys tech was also amazing doing all he could to get me serviced and back on the road asap. Y'all need to remember that in customer service we have a job to do too and sometimes we have to match your energy in order to get the job done right.
