The Greyhound bus stop at the San Fernando station is not an actual station building but a stop located outside the San Jose Amtrak/Caltrain station. It is conveniently located with many public transportation options. The place is small and was dry with no air conditioning. The service is very normal. The outside loading area can smell like urine with many homeless and shifty individuals lurking, making it feel unsafe to wait, especially after the office closes early. Despite this, some have had good experiences and recommend it.

Greyhound bus is superb and friendly driver. It was my first time and will not be the last,unforgettable experience,it’s like i’m in the field trip. Two thumbs up!
