I brought my Seiko in because it just 'stopped'. Long story short, Tic Toc had to work with and ultimately send my watch into Seiko because they wouldn't sell the specific parts for my weird model. Tic Toc didn't charge me for the disassembly and problem solving to discover the issue either since they couldn't personally fix it (because Seiko wouldn't sell the parts).

“What a Godsend this place is, I have a vintage very high end Swiss timepiece and the manufacturer (I won't bother to bad mouth the company but it is a top three) in Geneva told me they could not repair the watch. My watch is in great shape and working well thanks to The Watch Doc and the price was what I feel is very reasonable given the value of the piece. Keep in mind I had several other repair facilities refuse to work on it.
Of course, all of my watches will go here for any service or repair these guys know what they are doing.”
