“Diego needs a raise, very patient, helpful, I had some issues at another branch where they changed my plan from advance to premium. I wasn’t aware, I have 10 line and it resulted in over 200 increase. He was able to help me get on the phone and walk me through clearing that up. Att needs more employees that actually care and didn’t push on me to upsale. Emily is also soo sweet and helpful, she helped me add another line to my account. Great team at this branch”
