“I don’t usually write reviews, but I HAD to take the time to shout out Carlos Dorame at AT&T because the experience was honestly next level.

From the moment I walked in, Carlos made me feel like I wasn’t just another customer. He greeted me with energy, professionalism, and confidence, and right away I could tell I was dealing with someone who actually knows what they’re doing.

What really stood out was how patient and thorough he was. He didn’t rush me, didn’t try to push anything on me, and took the time to break everything down in a way that actually made sense. He answered every single question I had, explained all my options, and made sure I was getting the BEST deal possible, not just the easiest one.

On top of that, he handled everything smoothly. Setup, transfers, making sure my phone was working perfectly before I left. No stress, no confusion, just straight professionalism. You can tell he takes pride in his work and really cares about helping people.

I’ve been to other AT&T stores before, but this experience was completely different. Carlos went above and beyond and made the whole process easy, fast, and actually enjoyable.

“I have never been to a UBreakIFix before, my concern was poor battery health on my iPhone. The staff was great, gave me a good explanation of the situation and all the “what ifs” that could take place as well as making me aware of the worst case scenario. I handed my phone over at 11:30am, they quoted me two hours for battery replacement. I arrived at 1:40pm and the phone was completed and in the same condition I handed it to them. The reason I can’t give them a 5th star is simply because yes, they did the battery replacement but the phone was returned to me with 4%, I understand the battery’s come on low state of charge it just would have been nice to know that they quality checked their work prior to my arrival(as in, get the phone to at least 50%). That attention to detail would have easily gotten them a 5 star but aside from that hiccup they seemed to do a good job.”

“I've been on a T-Mobile family plan ever since they bought out Sprint and I was warned that T-Mobile had terrible customer service. Luckily that wasn't my experience! I arrived about an hour before closing so it was busy and I had to wait, but the employees were still very helpful. I got a much needed upgrade from a messed up, cracked, almost non-functional phone. I really appreciated the employees' patience and problem-solving since my old phone was so bad that we couldn't go through the standard method of upgrading using the T-Mobile app. They helped me settle on what model I would buy. The main person helping me even let me play around on her personal phone to check it out and that ended up being the model I chose. I had a great experience and really appreciate the effort they put in to help me even so close to closing.”

“We went in three different times to get this promotion. Switch over to Verizon with your Broken iphone Plus get Apple television. I've been seeing the commercial over and over only for this month ! We walked in and immediately David helped us. We left came back two more times. He made us his immediate priority. I really appreciate the information that he gave us. Turns out my best friend's son didn't end up getting it but now I think I'm gonna switch over. It's a good deal! For 90 bucks a month let's do this. I have called 611 twice and went to a metro store at telegraph..but none was knowledgable & patient enough to help find a solution. So thankful i went to this store and found solution to my ptoblem.”
