I had such a wonderful experience at the Aesop Pasadena location. The store itself is absolutely beautiful, calm, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. But what really made my visit special was the incredible team. Nick, Esteban, and Teresa were all so warm, knowledgeable, and attentive. They each took the time to help me with my specific needs without any pressure, and I left feeling genuinely cared for. I’m so looking forward to coming back. Thank you for making the experience feel personal and luxurious!

My customer experience exceed my expectations. The recent products were introduced to me by Chanelle. I tested as much as I could. Set up some wishing list for my next visit and time to refill my recent bottles. I was surprised that they have shampoo for pets. The final purchasing was packed with love and some notes from my favorite perfume designer Barnabé Fillion. Definitely, it was a fantastic Saturday shopping experience.

They need to properly triage customers here. I waited like 15 minutes to check something out, and the salespeople basically ignored me to demonstrate the products. I walked out and took my business to Sephora.

Stopped by to pick up some skincare products and was helped by Brian, who was by far the best Aesop consultant I’ve come across—he was helpful, friendly, and a fun character. Will definitely be back to Aesop in Pasadena.

I absolutely adored my experience at Aesop Pasadena. Those who shop there know that when you visit, you’ll get more than just a shopping trip; you’ll get a spa day. The shop itself is so serene and beautiful, but I have to attribute my wonderful visit to the staff! I was helped by Concepción, who kindly gave me the most relaxing hand-washing. I immediately felt welcome upon entering the store thanks to them. I loved the product recommendations I received to assist me with my hormonal acne, and many of them are now a part of my nightly routine! Thank you Concepción!!

I was helped by Brian last time I was at Aesop in Pasadena and he was incredibly helpful! He was kind and patient with answering all my questions and his product knowledge was excellent. He went above and beyond to help me. I already loved Aesop, but Brian helped solidify my loyalty even more. Thank you!!

I love Aesop products but I do not recommend the specific store. I went inside the shop twice today to buy three dispensers of their Reverence hand wash. The first time I was waiting in line, another customer jumped in front of me, and the clerk didn't say anything. I continue to wait in line for a while, and the cashiers were very slow, and the purchase was taking longer than I expected, so I put the containers back and decided to come back later. I returned an hour later, went to the shelf, and picked up a box candle, because I've never seen the product. I went to open it and was scolded by an employee for trying to smell the candle. I left. I won't be returning to this store again.

I was just discovered the shop there in old town Pasadena a couple days ago and able to get back today. This shop is a dream come true for me, the smell of everything in there is just like the beauty and wonders straight out of majestic natures hidden around the world. The staffs are friendly professionals and amazing, I was quite overwhelmed and I can’t believe I forgot to ask for the name of the person who helped me. I was indecisive and he was just excellent on helping through it like it is important that I get just the best. I felt like he knows my sense better than I know myself at that moment. I woke out feeling refreshing and satisfied. Like walking out of the most beautiful hiking trails discovered all the treasures that the nature can offer. I can’t wait to use what I just purchased and so looking forward to go back to try some more of these products.

Very good advice from an employee of the company, who was also able to give us good advice on branches in Switzerland. Since we didn't know the brand, we were very surprised. How good that the service is and also the products. We ended up buying the latest perfume as well. Very nice and good customer experience.

Great service & a plentiful, well-stocked and varied collection of skincare. A big bonus in my book was added when my brother and I were served peppermint tea upon checking out. A perfectly warm peppermint tea, might I add.
