Short visit before back to town and catch the flight back home. Google it for the nearest Allbirds shop and here we go. Nice place, nice neighbourhood, nice staff. The staff really helpful.

Super shoes and great custom service at this store. I wear the men’s wool dashers mizzels. They are by far my most comfortable shoes I have had. I have traveled with them for over three years and walked hundreds of miles and they are still holding up great. Best shoes that I have ever purchased.

Such comfy shoes and WONDERFUL customer service!I checked 5 different shoe places trying to find the “unicorn” shoes - something perfect for everyday wear that still has some personality. I almost gave up and am SO GLAD I walked into allbirds! Teddy was so helpful and kind without being pushy about it and his passion and knowledge about the products really shows.It’s also amazing how sustainable these are - the transparency about the products used in manufacturing and information about the carbon footprint is not something many clothing shops offer!

My husband and I went in just to take a look and we both left wearing a new pair of shoes. Customer service is excellent, shoes are incredibly comfortable. Good store.

Great customer service. Bought a pair of slip ons that felt perfect in the store. Wore them one day and felt like I was sliding out of them. Took them back and they exchanged them to a different style - no problems no fussing!!

I walked in and a caucasian gentleman greeted me, which was nice. However, the woman who helped me was not very pleasant and rushed me through the transaction/ my shopping experience . I believe the woman's name was Yeeling..I normally go to the San Fran location but I came to Pasadena to visit. The customer service there is so much better.Besides the unpleasant customer service I received from her, I do love the brand and I will continue to purchase Allbirds Whenever I need a good pair of tennis shoes.

I wish there were more Allbirds locations! Not only do they have comfortable shoes, they are environmentally friendly! They sell water resistant, running, walking, flats, slip-ons, and sandals. They even have some comfortable casual and exercise clothes. I would keep an eye out for sales online whenever seasonal items get swapped out too. Also, if you didn't know, you can grab some free shoelaces. Happy and addicted to my my countless pairs of Allbirds!

On a very busy Easter Sunday this store was jumping and so we're store personnel. Kudos for the great service and also for my very cute pink shoes. I'll definitely be back.
