Allbirds store is a nice place in a nice neighbourhood with nice staff. The staff are really helpful and friendly, with a smile. Super shoes and great custom service are offered. Men’s wool dashers mizzels are by far the most comfortable shoes, insanely comfortable even after walked hundreds of miles for over three years and still holding up great. Every pair tried is comfortable and the customer service experience is wonderful, attentive, knowledgeable and kind. The store is also amazing and sustainable, with transparency about the products used in manufacturing and information about the carbon footprint, something many clothing shops do not offer. Great service goes out of the way to help and match other retailers, customer glad back.
