“I would like to give these to gentlemen Varaz K and Edgar A 10 stars. Great customer service and both went above and beyond to help me to get a hold of the legal department. I really want to say that Varaz went way above and beyond to help me find out what is going to happen with the check that is going to be sent to the legal office so I can get my money back. He has a lot of patience and explained everything to me step by step. I would definitely recommend these 2 gentlemen if you go to this branch. Again thank you both for all the help.”

“This Coinstar is located inside of a Ralphs. The machine is well calibrated... It rejects foreign coins but accepts legit US coins with no false rejected coins. It's a little inconvenient within the store, since it's crowded right next to a busy Redbox machine. But in general a very nice machine.”

“For the past few months, I have been working with this CITI bank to close out several estate accounts. It's manager Mr. Danilyuk has been the primary representative helping me. I have found Mr. Danilyuk very helpful and patient throughout the lengthy process. He has been prompt to return phone calls and e-mails, always friendly and professional. Today, was my final transaction at this location. I was waiting for an appointment with Mr. Danilyuk and one of his team members. I overheard he and a long time customer talking. Mr. Danilyuk had thanked her for a box of chocolates that she and her husband had apparently given him for Christmas. She replied that she greatly appreciated his help over the years and that she and her husband had a high level of confidence and trust in him. He thanked her. She then mentioned this branches staff as being helpful, but mentioned sometime in the past that he had caught a transaction or situation that had saved her and her husband (both older seniors) a lot money. Mr. Danilyuk expressed his gratitude for their business and banking relationship. Other than working with this manager at this CITI bank location to close out several estate accounts, I've only been an observer. My observations from about seven visits here have all been positive. The few other staff I have interacted with were also friendly and helpful. All of the customers I have observed coming into this location while I was waiting for meetings over the past four months seemed very satisfied with the help they were receiving. However, what was most impressive was just hearing this customer talking with the manager about how much they trust him and this branch. I can't think of a higher recommendation than a customer having that kind of confidence in their financial institution.”

“August 30th Friday This is the first time experiencing ur branch. I walked in and sat myself in the waiting area to wait my turn to talk with a Relationship Manager. As I was waiting patiently for my turn to be called next, I could hear Jazmine talking to a customer but at that moment I didn't know her name., I wasn't eavesdropping what caught my attention was her professionalism and her kindness in her voice to help and make customers satisfied. And not to mention I was sitting where my back was against Jazmine I was facing the glass office. Finally It was my turn to be called next and It was the voice that sounded so welcoming while waiting my turn, and she sat me to her desk. Inside I was really happy I was going to be assisted by her. The whole process Jazmine was very professional and her personality and determination to help was amazing to watch and with a smile on her face the whole time. This generation that I have experienced are lazy and rude and to meet Jazmine gave me hope and made me feel good that people do care for great satisfaction from her generation for customers. I also wanted to give props to the supervisor that hired Jazmine Alvarez you made the right choice on hiring her. Jazmine is valuable to ur company. I will recommend everyone to your branch.”

“***This review is for outside ATM use only*** I was in the Pasadena area for my fitness session last weekend. After my workout, I needed to get some money. I didn't necessarily need to walk inside the bank. ATM was just fine. I searched on Google and found this Wells Fargo Bank (WFB) right on Lake Ave and Green Street. Perfect! While I was driving over here, I wondered if they have parking. As I was on Green and crossing Lake, I noticed there was about two car spaces with green painted on the curb side. Unfortunately, I drove too fast to stop in time, but I caught a glimpse of the curb. It turns out they are temporary 15 min parking spaces for WFB customers... wonderful! I drove back and was able to get one of them 15 min parking spots. There are two ATM available for use. There was no line at the time. My ATM visit was very quick... they usually are. Got my money and I was off to the next spot LOL. Thank you WFB for being at this location and for the two temporary 15 min parking spots! Greatly appreciated.”
