“Ohh feels so good!!I opened up a Bank of the West account in good faith.I deposited money even prior to receiving the card . But by the time I got my card I couldn't activate it because of the reason THERE WAS A NOTE ON MY ACCOUNT !! THAT NO ONE WORKING WITH THE BANK KNOWS HOW TO READ BECAUSE THEY COULDNT TELL ME???? over the phone. I know I have money waiting for me and that I needed to get verified at a branch level so they can combine my accounts .Ohh feels so good !That is why I was told to go to a branch and this one specifically is a wealth management one in pasadena which is special accounts . So I came here to activate my debit card and do any account maintenance to get my ? money as stated on the note they couldn't tell me .Ohh feels soo good!!!!Not really Because I was concerned when they couldn't READ AT THE BRANCH LEVEL... THE NOTE?? SO THEY COULDNT ACTIVATE OR GIVE ME A REASON JUST A STARE THAT MY ACCOUNT CANNOT BE ACTIVE .it at this level even with the special accounts department .. what department is this place so I thought !! the lady worked there said what WEALTH MANAGEMENT SIGN?? Feels so good ... But I didn't feel so good ..so now I'm left with a account that is closing for no reason that I am told ... But I have money in my account and waiting that I need to get so that it doesn't go missing under Ralph Vincent Mendoza Furigay . .. I need help any answers thank you .I HAVE ALSO BEEN GETTING EMAILS AND AUTOMATIC PUSH NOTIFICATIONS TO GET MY ACCOUNT ACTIVATED SO I KNOW THAT ITS ACTUALLY A GOOD ACCOUNT BUT THAT NOTE IS stopping the activation of my card and the employees can't tell me anything . preventing me from using my account .. “This review is for Carlos Alvarado, the Pasadena Branch Manager, who is an exceptional leader at Logix and who personally went out of his way to help fix a problem for us. My brother and I have been with Logix for years because of our home mortgage. Recently, there was a glitch that occurred which greatly impacted our credit score. It was huge misunderstanding and I am happy to report that Logix/Carlos acted in an honest, a trustworthy way. I strongly feel that if we were with another Branch Manager or organization, we would have been dismissed and we would have had to go through a Credit Attorney. Carlos took the time to hear me out, reach out for updates, and ensure that the process would be resolved. Any banking organization can provide you services and great rates, but what sets this place apart from others is that it is led by people that care and they work really hard to make sure you're on the winning end. “Everytime I come to this bank most of the time there is no line. That makes me very happy. I can maneuver through the bank quickly without waiting too long. They usually have 2 -3 tellers at all times which makes the line moves fast. The staff is very nice and welcoming. Parking can be difficult at times due to so many businesses in the same lot.”

I WAS SENT TO THIS LOCATION BY GARY THE BANK MANAGER AT THE 2029 CENTURY PARK LOCATION. I HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE THERE. HOWEVER, MEETING THE STAFF AT PASSADENA LOCATION MADE ALL THE DIFFERENCE FOR ME. IF I EVER NEED TO VISIT CITY NATIONAL BANK, I WILL COME TO THIS BANK. THE BANK MANAGER EXAMPLES NOTHING BUT A NICE REPRESENTATION FOR CITY NATIONAL. THIS BANK SHINES.”

“I love this credit union. The decorations make you feel like you are in Hawaii. Lines are always short and the service is fast. The staff is professional, friendly, and understanding. Usually, it's only one teller however, they do not rush you. They make you feel good about being a member of their bank. Great interest rates on loans, savings, checking, etc. Plenty of parking in the rear lot or on the street. Note: They do not have a money-counting machine to count money they do it by hand the old-fashioned way. They do not have zelle yet. The ATM is only Available during bank hours.”
