“Ohh feels so good!!I opened up a Bank of the West account in good faith.I deposited money even prior to receiving the card . But by the time I got my card I couldn't activate it because of the reason THERE WAS A NOTE ON MY ACCOUNT !! THAT NO ONE WORKING WITH THE BANK KNOWS HOW TO READ BECAUSE THEY COULDNT TELL ME???? over the phone. I know I have money waiting for me and that I needed to get verified at a branch level so they can combine my accounts .Ohh feels so good !That is why I was told to go to a branch and this one specifically is a wealth management one in pasadena which is special accounts . So I came here to activate my debit card and do any account maintenance to get my ? money as stated on the note they couldn't tell me .Ohh feels soo good!!!!Not really Because I was concerned when they couldn't READ AT THE BRANCH LEVEL... THE NOTE?? SO THEY COULDNT ACTIVATE OR GIVE ME A REASON JUST A STARE THAT MY ACCOUNT CANNOT BE ACTIVE .it at this level even with the special accounts department .. what department is this place so I thought !! the lady worked there said what WEALTH MANAGEMENT SIGN?? Feels so good ... But I didn't feel so good ..so now I'm left with a account that is closing for no reason that I am told ... “I had an appointment at this Logix branch to open a new account and this was the closest branch to San Diego. So, I had a bit of a drive. However, I digress, and this review focuses on the following: (1) parking; and (2) service. PARKING LOT Keep an eye out! There is a parking lot behind the building, but it is next to a parking structure. The signage is small for the parking lot for Logix customers, and it looks like it's only for employees because of the size of the lot and the gate. I would have liked to know in advance where to park because the bank validates for its customers that park on the smaller lot. However, I parked in the structure because it looked more convenient and it was not too expensive. Logix does not validate parking in structure. SERVICE When I got inside, there was a receptionist that took my name and confirmed my appointment with Eduardo. I was early and she said it would be about 30 minutes, but Eduardo finished early and assisted me within minutes of my arrival--before my scheduled appointment. It took no time to open the account. Everyone was really nice at this location. All the customers inside the branch were either being helped or seemed to have been helped and waiting for an appointment. Logix had a lot of staff that were working hard to assist the customer. It never felt like customers were waiting on the employees to get through a rush of customers that weren't being helped. Quite the opposite. In conclusion, based on my current experience, I recommend this Logix branch.”

Usually, it's only one teller however, they do not rush you. They make you feel good about being a member of their bank. Great interest rates on loans, savings, checking, etc. Plenty of parking in the rear lot or on the street. Note: They do not have a money-counting machine to count money they do it by hand the old-fashioned way. They do not have zelle yet. The ATM is only Available during bank hours.”

“Today I stopped by the Wells Fargo branch because I needed to deposit money onto my card, and I was pleasantly surprised by how well everything is organized. There were no lines at all, and they have two ATMs — fast, easy to use, and without any unnecessary steps. The parking lot in the back is a big plus: spacious, easy to find a spot, and just a few steps from the entrance. The entrance itself is convenient, everything is well thought out, and there is a separate accessible entrance for people with disabilities. I got everything done quickly and without any stress. A very pleasant branch where you can really feel the attention to detail — that’s why I genuinely like it here.”
