I discovered Audio Element when I was searching for some new bookshelf speaker. They introduced me the the Wharlfdale Speaker system. I purchased a set of their Diamond Series 12.1 speakers and have been so impressed I just wanted to recommend the excellent service and degree of knowledge the sells representative they posses. Thank you and I'll enjoy these speakers for a long time to come.

What a gem of a shop! Jesus took great care to answer all my questions and used his knowledge to help me with the questions I didn't even know I had. His selection of demo songs really showed me the full capabilities of the speakers I was considering. Great ambiance and a great place to check out some of Wharfedale's finest offerings. Happy 10 years AE. Thank you for serving the community in such a gracious, welcoming manner.

A buddy recommended this place for a turntable repair. Jesus quickly diagnosed my problem on the spot (which I had misdiagnosed), provided quick turnaround....and I sit here now, comfortably numb, going deep down a vinyl rabbit hole..... My new favorite Pasadena small biz. Look forward to buying my first big-boy turntable from them this year.

This place is great! Wonderful selection of equipment from mid-range to very high level audiophile. Eli was extremely helpful replacing a cartridge on our 1980s turntable as well as setting it up at no extra cost. Unlike some high-end audio stores around town, these guys are happy to work with you even if you're not spending megabucks on a new system. They're especially knowledgeable about vinyl including an impressive turntable selection, but worth checking out for any audio stuff you're considering.

Recently had to replace my turntable cartridge. Eli, Ian and Jesus(I think?) were super helpful. No pressure to spend more money than needed. I fact, I was able to upgrade to a dedicated phono stage with the money I saved on the cartridge and it sounds fantastic! Seems like they have something for any price point. Highly recommend!

Don’t even know where to start.I frantically called them a few weeks ago because I ruined my husbands brand new record player. I completely broke the needle. Panicked I came to their store to get a new needle. They were SO kind, offered me a drink and made me feel at home. Explained what needed to be done and quickly got to work.Eli replaced the needle, tested it so I brought the record player home. I hooked it up and my husband started to listen to a record. Well, the new needle was picking up every little thing and had way too much popping that he was super upset about. Called them and they made some suggestions on how to fix but nothing changed. They told me to come in if the popping didn’t stop.Back to the shop I go.Eli graciously listened to some of the records with me, identified that this needle just was not for us as what we were hearing was actually normal. That said we weren’t happy with the current needle so he (without question) changed it to another needle that was better suited for us.If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Not only did they fix my problem they were so insanely kind to me in the process. They saw how stressed I was by this and fixed it with a smile. Thank you endlessly, Eli!!!

I happened to find Audio Element on Yelp of all places. One of the things I look for in a high end audio shop is simply how friendly the staff are. Walking into a shop with gear that costs as much as luxury cars can be a little intimidating. The salesman who greeted me was Eli and he was professional, warm and patiently answered all my questions. He understood that I was at the beginning of my learning curve when it came to turntables and let me ask all kinds of questions - some good questions, and some dumb ones too : ) I really liked the vibes of this place and Eli made my visit very pleasant. I look forward to purchasing my analog gear from Audio Element soon!

My partner and I have been here a dozen times trying to repair a vintage turntable. Each time they ignore our concerns and tell us to buy a new turntable because it would be cheaper than the repairs. We have gotten a second opinion and that is not the case at all. During our most recent trip, we went in for a new cartridge. They fully removed the old cartridge then told us there was nothing they could do nor did they put back on the old cartridge. We left unsatisfied and without our original cartridge. Again, they found a new problem with the turn table when all we went in for is a new cartridge. Dont come here unless you want to be talked down to and over sold on unnecessary products.
