Went in to get a vintage turntable I purchased checked out. It was super quick and the staff were very nice and helpful.

Recently had to replace my turntable cartridge. Eli, Ian and Jesus(I think?) were super helpful. No pressure to spend more money than needed. I fact, I was able to upgrade to a dedicated phono stage with the money I saved on the cartridge and it sounds fantastic! Seems like they have something for any price point.
