Bank of America is a place people visit for simple cash checks. The branch is very nice to walk into and customers feel welcomed. Staff are helpful and friendly, and security guards are respectful. For first account, staff is efficient and answers all questions. Some customers note long lines and limited hours, and some work faster than others. The drive‑thru ATM lanes are not wide enough for trucks or vans, and the area needs paint and fixes. Despite being short staffed, employees attend to client needs and stressful work in day and age.
My go to bank to do simple cash checks. Something about this place is just very nice to walk into. Customer service, very nice and welcoming. Security guards are nice and respectful as well.
