Bowlero Pasadena is a smaller location but nice with a very nice ambiance. It is a kid-friendly place and a great place to hangout with friends without breaking the bank. The staff is friendly and attentive. There is bowling, an arcade, billiards tables, and a bar area. It is an excellent place to hang and bowl, with other things to do like play pool or watch TV while waiting for a lane. Getting on a waitlist early or making a reservation is a good idea, especially on weekends. They celebrate birthdays and have a separate section for more private events. There is security in the evening. Some concerns noted are that bathroom stalls can be dirty and there is no readily available ramp for individuals with disabilities. Overall, it is a really nice place to go and have a good bowling night where management cares about the customers.

Came in on a Friday night around 7pm it was pretty crowded but they still had lanes available. The staff was outstanding thanks so much to our server Ella and the manager Tomas was a huge help to our entire party.
