“It is spacious and has multiple entrances, making it easy to get in and out.Very comfortable. It's a beautiful place. There is a parking lot right across the street, but I'm not sure how much it is. However, it seemed a bit crowded due to the large number of event crowds. If you don’t mind walking about a blockParking at E Green St, Pasadena, CA 91101 is $12 per day. It's a bit disappointing that there is no discount on parking.”

“Went for Valentine’s Day dinner… keep in mind that most “holiday” meals with a set menu are generally inflated in costs. But showcase the “best of…” the restaurants offerings.In this case the food was tasty…IF you have the stomach capacity of a 4 year old. You know those fancy restaurants that have one or two bites of food and some swirled sauces on the plate for presentation… welp, this was a version of that.Portions were ridiculously small almost angry worthy.The food quality and flavor is good but cmon, 4 pieces of tofu? In an Italian restaurant?Beet salad with literally one slice of beet and 1.5 bites of cabbage?It was like getting served after dinner mint sized portions for your actual meal.Server was nice, I’d give a 4 out of 5 since he did not follow up at all after the initial order or check on drinks.Oh and an automatic 20% gratuity on the check.All in all the food is tasty, service is good by today’s lower standards, but the price to value ratio is -5 starsBut hey if you’re on a diet, this is the place to go!!! 5 bites and your whole meal is done!!Might be worth a chance to try again on a regular menu and dining evening…we’ll see”

“Where do I start, the service was unlike anything else I've ever experienced, Jayce went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The food, just wow! From the shooters, to the octopus, to the steak, and my goodness the Oreo soufflé! You must come and experience this place!!!”

“We held one of our pre-wedding events at the University Club of Pasadena ballroom and it was wonderful. Cinthia and her team did an outstanding job accommodating us and our Indian traditions. They allowed us extra space and time when we asked and let us have lots of flexibility in our design choices. The space is clean and the lights are lovely. They set up a platform, let us use space to store supplies, hooked up the screens, and offered coffee and tea anytime.The food was to write home about! We got to do a tasting of the food and gave the chef some notes. And boy did he deliver! We had a 3-course Mexican meal with chipotle salad, enchiladas with rice and beans, and flan! Our other meal was raved about by guests for days. We also had a 3-course Thai menu with Tom ka hai soup, eggplant curry with veg noodles and egg rolls, and Thai iced tea panna cotta. It was fantastic.We would love to host another event here again. It’s just lovely! Thank you!!”

“I absolutely recommend the Maxwell house as a wedding venue! The architecture of this historical mansion is so beautiful, It gave our wedding a more unique feel than your typical hall. From the ornate ceilings, beautiful grand staircase to the fine art hung up on every wall - it was everything we imagined for our day! Cindy was so kind and responsive, the whole staff was amazing! “Historical Pasadena restaurant that some people forget about. I hadn’t been here for years until this evening. I’d give 5 stars, but my pork chop was dry and little overcooked. Everything else was wonderful, including the drinks. It’s very intimate inside, but as the restaurant fills up it gets quite loud. The patio is covered and heated, but you may find yourself having to talk over the nearby tables or road noise. Valet parking only, $8 at the time of this review. There is street parking available on Fair Oaks though.”

“It's my first time visiting The Ice House. Such a nice place to visit. Byron Monterroso got to perform on stage he did a amazing job. I'm proud of him. I have to give the server service a 3 star. The server tried to over charge me in the beginning of the show. She never gave me a refill on my diet coke. Yet, she claims at the moment my refill is on the way. Next time, I'll just get myself up to ask for a refill Service can improve.”

“Hosted my baby shower here and it was so lovely! Armen (owner) & Bibi (our server) were very attentive and helped me make my event go as smooth as possible! On the day of, Bibi was a one woman show and she was SO nice/amazing. She made sure to clean up promptly after my guests and tend to our needs. The venue is beautiful inside and has its own bathroom. The food was so delicious and they let you take home leftovers if there are any. I had the: green salad, fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, beef lasagna, calamari and upgraded to salmon. I also added the tiramisu dessert which was SO GOOD! The only thing on my part was I thought the food was a buffet / unlimited but it was just served buffet style. I just wish I had clarified this because I ended up having to order more food when a few of my guests came late because there was none left. Just be mindful of this when booking and I suggest ordering more than you need if you know your guests eat a lot. I would definitely consider having future events here! Thank you for a great experience :)Parking: There's street parking that I know can be hard to find on some days and there's valet right next door for $16.”

“Purchasing the membership to the Athenaeum was my first ever experience with exclusive clubs similar to this, and my experience at the Ath was pleasantly surprising. The value of the membership is really worth it (with great value prices on gourmet food, access to events, and reciprocal benefits at clubs such as the Harvard Club in Boston), and the food at the Athenaeum is absolutely excellent. My favorite perks would have to be the monthly events they hold, such as the Father's Day Event and the AYCE Prime Rib Buffets. They have a wide variety of food at buffets and all of it is incredibly fresh, well-prepared, and thoughtful. They have something for everyone and it is perfect for large parties or for meet-ups with friends and family. The service is top notch and it is an incredible experience all-around! The first event we attended was the Father's Day Event, which had varieties of steak, corn on the cob, dessert, popcorn and more. The environment is perfect for treating your friends, co-workers, or family to a nice meal. Each event has different varieties of food, and we even got to sample things like crab legs, sushi, ube ice cream and more.”

“This place is amazingly beautiful and quiet. We came here for a wedding and everything about the evening was perfect. Weather cooperated so that was a plus. They transformed one of the open garden areas into a dining space for 100 guests and it turned out great. Dance floor and open bar was setup at the top of the garden area and the host was accommodating.Everyone seemed to have a great time and the catered food was not bad. Highly recommend this place for smaller party gatherings and get togethers. Parking is valet as they don't allow street parking without a permit.”

“My family has hosted over 4 weddings in this Hall and has always enjoyed their time. They don't kick you out too early, the hall is very spacious and the facilities are clean. I believe one wedding I attended here had at least 250 guests. I would recommend this Hall for a wedding, quinceañera or any other large event.”

“I started my daughter here during Covid (mid-2020) because it was the only studio I could find they offered classes. They didn't have a kids class at the time so she hopped into the adult beginner hip hop with Aukai as the instructor and the rest is history! 3 years later she still loves going and is still in the adults class. Aukai is THE BEST instructor and mentor. So professional, so positive and so much fun! I've recommended his classes to friends and some have joined in”

Loved the decor and the peaceful ambience (we were there early on Sunday so we beat the crowd and were able to enjoy the harpist's performance to the fullest). Food was great; they had more savory items than sweets, which was a good difference than most high tea places. I only wished there were more scones.”

I booked an event at bowlero for a company Christmas party and everyone enjoyed their time.I began with booking the event online, but had some questions so I called in and was transferred to Alyssa. That was the best decision I made. Alyssa was so patient taking the time to explain details and assist me in signing up with the correct package.On the day of we were greeted by a great group of host and day of coordinator. Chris our event host was truly amazing, great communication, I never had to ask for refills of drinks or food. Chris definitely made my experience more pleasant.20+ adults attended this event and everyone enjoyed themselves. They also likes the arcade game cards.Jenna”

“We booked Imperial for our corporate holiday party and it was great! Amelia and Amber were very helpful throughout the process. The venue is beautiful. and the staff were all so wonderful and so kind. would definitely recommend”
