Stopped in today for lunch (husbands was free due to Veterans Day special). A bit of a wait due to free food offer, but very pleasant/ hardworking staff. The service and food were excellent, and the manager being notified whenever a vet ordered a meal, and coming around to personally thank them was a top notch gesture. Even with the crowds the servers jumped to take care of the crowds - even kitchen staff delivered meals when the server was busy. Kudos to the management team, for having such a good working team

Just as Uber has revolutionized ground transportation, various apps have started to offer the same sort of service, but for food. A first attempt to try this--using the menu that was included with the Best Western’s services guide--was a dead end: after selecting the dishes online, the click to purchase/deliver was met with an error page.Fortunately, my second choice, Grub Hub fired on all cylinders. An added bonus was that I could order the meal from a restaurant several miles away--one that I had been too during my last trip to Pasadena.Arriving in about 30 minutes and delivered with a smile from the easygoing driver, I was impressed with the quick turnaround--not much longer than waiting for the “main” in most restaurants. The Dakota Smashed Pea and Barley soup was remarkably hot, had an intriguing texture, but was just a bit bland in the flavour department (fortunately, I had some “heat” with me--normally used when I cook my own dinner). With noodles that were truly al dente, the Spaghetti Bolognese--with a generous amount of sauce--readily satisfied the appetite. One can only wonder if--like movie theatres versus online streaming--the day may come when virtual restaurants will become the norm, rather than the exception.

The staff handled the influx of conference attendees efficiently, with friendliness and with a lot of interest in what we were doing. I ate there 5 times! from simple snacks to a full dinner!

I had always wanted to try this place since I had seen it on Tv so much and now that I have and I will certainly go again sometime. Located a block away from my hotel, I decided 'when in Rome.....' and got the BBQ chicken pizza. It is listed at the top and KPC proclaims to be the originator of the pie. It was extremely good. The crust I thought in particular stood out. The regular size could easily be eaten. The menu seemed outstanding and you were certainly not limited to regular pizza fare. The manger learned it was my first time at a KPC and came over and welcomed me and gave me a future discount/rewards card. The price is standard to what an upscale pizza place would be. Overall, I was happy I had stopped in and will do so again.
