Staff here were wonderful, but Citi Bank lost a deposit to my account of $1900 and refused to return it to me, even though they could identify the account it went in to. No more banking with these guys!

So personable and the staff are so sweet. I love coming here and almost exclusively come to this bank. Holly is especially friendly, and Tereza is helpful and efficient. Highly recommend. Always a lot of tellers too, so I don't wait long.

Teresa is the worst banker. She does not want to help you. Hope she can find a job she likes and enjoy.
