So personable and the staff are so sweet. I love coming here and almost exclusively come to this bank. Holly is especially friendly, and Tereza is helpful and efficient. Highly recommend. Always a lot of tellers too, so I don't wait long.

I was really surprised how fast and good the service online phone and in person were. All three were wonderful and very nice people helped me and answered all my questions !

Not helpful or pleasant customer service at all. Sonny was the only mildly helpful person in the entire branch. I do not bank with Citibank, but was cashing a check issued by their ins. However, after this experience, I will certainly never open an account or give this bank a dime of my business. The staff was extremely condescending. Regardless of if you can help a customer with the issue they bring to you or not, it is expected that you would be helpful, welcoming, and polite, at the very least. Unrelated to the atrocious service, but this branch reeks like a bad pet store. I think they need carpets replaced.

I know and understand why this bank branch has such a low rating. Not only are they severely or understaffed with only one personal banker and what seems like no manager or at least a manager that never seems to not be on lunch, but they have the most inconsiderate customer service team. Sure they will smile to your face but as soon as you actually need anything it's anyone's guess as to if it will be taken care of correctly. I needed to bring my partner to a branch to properly ID ourselves in order to resolve an issue caused by a check deposit and both of our names. It took three days to even be able to be seen there, despite having an appointment. And when we finally were able to present identification and make a statement so that our account could be could be properly notated the hour and a half we spent that particular day inside the branch waiting in the 30 minutes we spent that same day speaking to a representative who is taking our statement was for nothing because the notations were never made to the account. We have spent over seven months trying to take care of what should've been a non-issue because nobody wants to take ownership of anything at Citibank we have been left out to dry with no access to both the money from the check deposit that by the way cleared the other bank nor did we have access to any money in our account which is frozen until we take care of the problem. This is been so ridiculous considering we've had a great record and never had any issues with any banks in the short amount of time we've been with Citibank nothing but a headache after headache after headache. So if you're reading this to yourself a favor find another bank.I now understand why this branch has such a low rating! enter try to talk to the manager forget about it because the manager is always at lunch I can't believe I wasted three days trying to take care of a simple issue not only that on the third day that I returned after being told that despite having an appointment the previous appointment with the one banker that they have was running long and they would not have time to assist me but after waiting 45 minutes before I was told us I put my foot down and I demanded to be helped to which I Events for the next 45 minutes speaking with her concierge while they took my statement and you'll see the accou

Great branch. Secret little spot no one goes to. No lines. Been to this branch twice its the new nearest branch to me since the highland park branch closed down. Great customer service both times.

Great location hours on an automated system show not open on Saturday but location is newly open on Saturday which is one of the few locations in the area that is open on Saturdays closes at 2 o’clock on Saturday.

Walked in to setup a new account. There was no signup sheet and no one to assist. The guest before me obviously got to see the banker first, she had made an appointment, which is fair. What I'm upset about is the fact that the banker let me wait 20+ minutes without saying one word to me. Once I finally sat down and told her what I needed help with, she said she couldn't assist with just 15 minutes to closing. I understood that there's no way she had time that day, but at ANY point she could've greeted me and figured out that she couldn't assist and I would've gone home a happy camper. Instead I sat there and wasted my time. I can't believe I almost started an account with them, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I don't think there was ever a time they actually returned my call. I have gone in a few different occasions to speak to the manager and each time, I was told that she was out to lunch, or not available. I have left my phone number each time and told she would call after lunch. This happened today again and no call back. Now I have to cancel all my plans tomorrow because I have to travel back to the branch . My whole family has been with citibank over 50 years. I am so disappointed in this branch.

I have had a great deal of trouble with this branch . Once again I went in the branch today and was told the manager was at lunch . They called the manager for me , and I was told she was at lunch and would take care of my issue ASAP . I was also told she would be calling me momentarily . Of course there was no phone call and nothing done to help me as promised . This is an ongoing thing at this branch and on top of that I am a Citigold customer and treated like garbage . I wanted to let yelp readers know about my negative experiences there . I wish I could give them five stars. Now I have to waste one more day going in person because they aren't capable of keeping their word .
