Great store! Crate & Barrel always has a beautiful atmosphere, especially with the Christmas items out. The décor feels festive and elegant, and their kitchen products are high quality and look very luxurious. Loved shopping here.

My 3 y/o toddler jumped on the bed for 2 min with her shoes off then sat on a swivel chair happily. A shop girl came straight to me and said, “So much fun, might as well turn it into a play ground”. I was shocked, then she said sth else trying to sound not as mean. This wasn’t anything I would ever expected to hear from any store. If you don’t want customers to touch your furnitures pls put a tag, or communicate in a normal way like “pls don’t do it”. There were other kids on other furnitures too and I did not think it was a big deal given my experience shopping in all the other higher end furniture stores. I just spent 800+ here for Xmas decos and I probably won’t come back again. Not a pleasant experience

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely terrible costumer service at the store, first and last time shopping there as well. Would expect more from a big brand like that. I purchased stuff online and it was not meeting the description and I could not return it because I dared to OPEN the package and lay may unworthy eyes on the product. In a process I made the product USED and therefore unreturnable. And you know, they know better

Extreme lack of service in the sofas area. Was there with family and the associates were “busy” behind the desks not helping anyone on the floor. Definitely made eye contact and there was no sense of customer service. Disappointed and going to find another store.

I purchased the Epicurean® Modern Black Paper Composite Cutting Board, and after regular use, I noticed the black color started coming off onto my food. The surface pigment seems to be leaching, which is extremely concerning for something marketed as food-safe.
I contacted customer service about this issue, but unfortunately, the response so far has been slow and dismissive. I’ve been asked for irrelevant information instead of being offered a real solution. The board appears to contain resin and toxic coloring, which should never come in contact with food.
I used the board for about two months, and since then, I’ve experienced skin irritation that may be related to exposure. I have medical documentation and photo evidence of both the product and the reaction.
This is a serious product safety issue, but Crate & Barrel never takes it seriously.

I usually go to the Beverly Hills store, but didn't want to drive across town. I loved this store & will continue to shop this location. The store was clean, organized and staff is excellent
I found what I was looking for and my return was done quick and effortlessly. Keep up the great work. I look forward to my next visit ☺️

I purchased a Breville Oracle (Espresso) Machine in May of 2025 from Crate and Barrel in Pasadena (Old Pasadena). No additional attachments and it makes cold brew. It is absolutely awesome! I love this machine! Marilyn helped me and she is an expert Barista! Marilyn is extremely knowledgeable regarding the various espresso machines and will share her likes and dislikes regarding the various espresso machines. I had originally visited Williams Sonoma in Pasadena and they were not interested in speaking with me for the first half hour. I finally got someone and I told them I had to go home and do some research on this. They were annoyed with me. Williams Sonoma was not helpful with all of the various brands of espresso machines. I have lived here for many years-6 generations. I will be going to Crate and Barrel from now on.

If you love yourself do not buy furniture from here especially if it needs to be delivered and installed. You will put yourself through a month of h3ll at the minimum. Whatever you order will always be damaged no matter what you order, then they’ll deliver it again and it will still be damaged. If you have even an ounce of respect for your own sanity, stay away. This company is a wine company anyway, don’t buy furniture

Worse management and the crew. They all are incompetent have worse attitudes.they are so fake when they talk to you. You can see their hate that they have to help you. Specially the manager he is a jerk. I will never shop here..

I just purchased a Cuisinart Supreme Grind automatic burr mill. After reading the directions I opened up the bean hopper and noticed that it smelled like stale coffee. The grind chamber also has substantial residue of stale ground coffee. I called Crate and Barrel and talked to an employee about my discovery. She said that Cuisinart sometimes tests the machine before packaging. This is not hygienic and should be disclosed to the consumer. I requested a clean replacement and she said that they are not available at the store purchased and would have to be ordered. Very unsatisfactory purchase and now a hassle to return.

Really great customer service. A tall guy (sorry I forgot your name) helped me yesterday with an exchange of a broken bowl I received for Christmas. Easy, quick, no questions. While he was getting me a new bowl I looked around and found some amazing scented items I had to have. The same person helped me find something in the back that was out of stock on the sales floor. I felt like I was asking for annoying things and he went out of his way to make sure that he found what I was looking for. I don't think I've ever shopped in this store before and will definitely be coming back.

Very rude employees there! I came 12/7/24 around 6-7pm. Horrible employees. Catch my money somewhere else instead of this place. Returned all my stuff, my money is going to RH and Williams. Go there instead. It’s down the road.

We spent $20,000 on furniture. The furniture wobbles and is poorly made. I regret this purchase.
