Dr. Poladian has treated me for over 13 years (since I moved here from out of state). She is very smart, caring, dedicated, and works extremely hard . She consistently provides excellent care. I recommend her highly with no reservation.

I had a problem that was going on for quite some time, finally i decided its time to seek some help. Jasmine who is one of the nurse practitioners, was patient, kind, and helped me understand my issue. I really appreciate her help and will be coming back for her to manage my medical needs.
