Optum is a healthcare provider that offers a range of services, including experienced and knowledgeable doctors, friendly and attentive staff, and excellent customer service. Patients praise the doctors and nurses for their professionalism, helpfulness, and ability to address concerns in a timely manner. However, one patient had a less than satisfactory experience, reporting a long wait time and lack of communication from the nurse practitioner, which led to the patient considering leaving the practice altogether. Dr. Bautista is a very experienced and knowledgeable DR. She listens to my concerns and addresses my questions with options. Her staff are wonderful as well.
