I made a mistake by making an inquiry to this business (I still dont know their fees). They spam email me and bother me daily even though I've made it clear I'm not interested. There is no unsubscribe link in their email and they wont stop contacting me. I would never use this business. They are bordering on harassment

Chris is literally the best. I can't describe to you how life-changing this place has been for me. Chris and the workout make you feel like you can do anything. They're not in it for the money. There in it to help you be the best you. Take a chance you won't regret it.

An awesome fitness group to work with. Chris and the rest of his staff do a great job of leading people of all experience levels through some hard cardio circuits. Workouts are super fun and go by quickly. Stations get switched up so you don’t feel like you’re doing the same repetitive movements from class to class. Equipment is cleaned between sets. Morning/evening slots available throughout the week, all through the MINDBODY app. They offer personal training too but the group classes are their bread and butter. Free parking lot in the back (go through the back door to get in.) Everyone here is encouraging & positive. Not what I’m looking for in the long run and classes get pricey but I’m happy I tried the 30 day intro and I’d recommend you try it too!

Loved elevate fitness so much, best circuit training in Pasadena! Chris and Monea really care about you and make sure that you understand what's going on in the class! By the third class that I took the trainers already knew my name. It's a great place to feel comfortable and get a really good workout in. Can work with anyones schedule and is just overall a great time. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to start their fitness journey or just change it up.

I would highly recommend Elevate Fitness for anyone who is trying to get a sustainable workout routine that focuses on strength training, proper form, and endurance. The trainers are extremely engaging / friendly and create circuit programs that are tailored to get the best out of a workout session (while actively correcting form as needed). The equipment and space in the facility are top notch, and the variety of workout stations ensure that you are constantly learning new techniques / exercises. I have been attending workout classes in NY, SF, and LA - Elevate is easily the best one I’ve gone to and would highly encourage trying it out.

Both circuits I’ve tried have been killer workouts! There’s so much you can gain from these classes, and I highly recommend Elevate. With a 30 day free membership, what is there to lose?

If you’re looking for a place where the trainers are focused on helping you become a better you without feeling like you’re in the military this is the place! I’m sure if you want that they would oblige to a degree haha. You will end up looking forward to workouts and it’s true endorphins are GREAT ! I’ve never walked away upset I went to elevate!

Review isn't about the classes or the staff as I did not sign up, but about the advertising. Saw a post on Instagram & Facebook about a free 30 day membership. I have joined a boot camp fitness establishment before so I'm no stranger to it and wanted to do the 30 days to kickstart myself back into these kind of intense circuits. However, as things are, free isn't really free. You're required to rent a heart monitor at $15 a week as they are mandatory for the class and eventually you can pay the difference to completely own it so you don't have to rent it anymore. There are other locations that don't require you to rent equipment. Or essentially structure their business in a way that sells heart monitors/forces you to buy. Other thing is the pricing was $159 for 4 classes a week. The place I used to go to (1A Fitness) back in 2018-2019 was $150 a month for unlimited. They dropped a coach I enjoyed from the program so I stopped attending. I went to go look at them after leaving Elevate as it would have been a better deal. They have since gone up to $179 a month if you sign up for a 12 month contract. But, still unlimited so you can go as much as you want and no gimmicky heart rate monitor stuff. Don't get me wrong, people still see improvement from here and stuff I assume with all the mostly good reviews. This is just about the advertisement to save anyone some commute time if they wanted to check out the supposedly free membership. Also required to put a credit card on file during the sign up. A lesson of if it sounds too good to be true, it's because it isn't true.

The staff there are amazingly friendly and efficient. They encourage and treat people regardless of their weight. I love the encouragement towards people, I love it. And the workouts... wow!! Amazing! I’ve tried every diet, joined gyms, zumba, and I would easily give up and stopped my physical activity. When I joined Elevate Pasadena last year, I fell in love with it. It’s a friendly environment, clean, nice structures, and fun. This is the only physical exercise place I’ve lasted so far and looking forward to keep on going. Who would want to leave a place that’s encouraging, provide the best workouts, and enjoy working with people??! Not me! I’m staying!

Nice and clean. The coaches are amazing and take the time to make sure you are doing all the correct movements and do not hurt yourself. Everyone is very friendly!

They have done a fantastic job of keeping the virtual classes going during the pandemic. The routines are varied and focused and I really look forward to them! It's really helping me to stay sane and fit during this crazy time. Jake, Chris and Monae are awesome! Thanks guys!
