“I love Dr Faith! She listens and discusses all your concerns. I wish they were in the office more, I had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment. The girl that takes the X-rays pushes you around and when she called my name she used my whole name and birthdate which upset me. I love that ChapCare is hooked up with all my doctors but need more specialist in the Pasadena area! My orthopedic is all the way in downtown LA. My spine surgeon in east Arcadia and gastroenterologist is all the way in Monterey Park but that's an insurance problem. Otherwise I would recommend ChapCare to anyone!”

“I picked Dr. Hillier because of a referral from Huntington Hospital staff member. I also checked her background and not only is she board certified in internal medicine (abms.org), but she renews her certification (not all do). The times I have seen her, she has been very easy to relate to and grasps the situation quickly while asking questions and listening. She is collaborative and enlisted me in taking steps to resolve the problem. She asked me about specific meds she recommended and advised certain exercises (and gave me a hand out). I liked that she tries first-level treatments before going into more complex dx and tx. She is efficient and prepared forms to refer me for regularly scheduled procedures as well as taking care of my current issue. I was able to snag a cancellation & got to see her right away this time. The staff is pleasant and professional. Conveniently, the lab is next door, and the staff calls with lab results. Close to Gold Line Fillmore stop & parking often available on the street.”

She has wonderful bedside manner during checkups and has been super open and honest with me and my husband about parenting and doing the best we can in raising them and that has been so encouraging as new parents. “My experience at Optum as a new patient with Dr. Avakian: Everyone was really nice, professional, and the whole process was very quick... the quickest appt ever (yay I work so I like fast). No sitting in the lobby and doctor's office forever, what a switch. Dr. Avakian is a good listener, good eye contact, very attentive, covered everything and more, I really liked her. Dr. Avakian makes you feel very comfortable. She's not snobby, smiles, and has a good manner about her. She was open to questions, and I liked the fact that when I talked she didn't ignore me. She was engaged with my health concerns/questions and brought to my attention services that I had forgotten about so covered it all.
