Guitar Center Pasadena offers a wide range of musical equipment, including amps, drums, keyboards, recording gear, DJ equipment, and lighting from well-known brands like Fender and Gibson. Customers appreciate the selection and the opportunity to sell used instruments, although the store's smaller size means it has less inventory than larger locations. The staff, particularly a representative named Evan in Pro Audio, receives high praise for being kind, informative, and helpful, creating a positive shopping experience. Many loyal customers have been visiting this location for years, enjoying the personal touch that comes with in-store shopping compared to online purchases. However, some reviews point out challenges such as limited staffing, which can lead to long wait times for assistance. While the store may not stand out compared to other Guitar Centers, it remains a favorite for those who appreciate local music shops and the passion of its employees. The store also offers discounts for veterans, enhancing its appeal. Overall, Guitar Center Pasadena is a place where music lovers can explore their passion, though improvements in customer service could enhance the experience further.
Great service, attention to detail and very welcoming and helpful staff. They made our visit to the store very easy.

This GC in Pasadena is my favorite. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly, & in my experience show they want the customer to be happy with their purchase. Larger selection of items new or used. The vibe of the store is great & genuine, I feel. Check it out for yourself.
