Fast and courteous service at the front counter desk. The outside crew is not so helpful though. Know that there is an Uber rental door and personal rental door. The Hertz price was the best we could find.

This Pasadena branch's staff is great. Guys are quick, and responsive to all needs as a car renter. They make it seamless and thats all I look for. Car selection is decent, but for the rates compared to others this is really good. I recommend them over other car rental services.
