“From day one of me needing a rental last year, I have been treated with respect, patience and listened to as to what my needs on a rental were. this year unfortunately I was. involved in an accident and needed a rental, I didn't even have to think of where to go, I came back to Enterprise and more specifically to the Lincoln location in Pasadena. The staff here always receives me with a smile and a great choice of vehicles from which to choose.
One day, they didn't have the particular vehicle I wanted, but they located one at the Fair Oaks location down the street, so I was directed to go there for the exchange and the staff there was more than helpful, and I got the rental I wanted. All in all, always have been greatful and satisfied with the help and service received at Enterprise.”
“This is my go-to car rental spot! I live in LA without a car (gasp!), so I rent one every month or two when I need to run errands or take a day trip. Their cars are always in great shape, the prices are super fair, and the owners are really kind and fun to talk to. They even have a resident cat, Tux, who frequents the lot!
I recommend this place so often, my friends have started calling the owners my “rental guys.” 10/10 would rent again (and again, and again, clearly).”
“I didn’t get my rental from them to be honest, it was because I was a little bit to late and it got rented. But with that being said, I had some time to talk with the ladies in the office and let me tell you that they are some of the most beautiful and caring people I’ve met in any business I’ve dealt with In the post Covid era where customer service and just nonexistent or understanding with their customers . But these wonderful people gave me a lot of confidence and hope that there are still wonderful people in business still . “Rented a EV in our trip so we could experience it before consider buying one. Our representative Rafael was great very knowledgeable and helpful. The car was in decent condition a little banged up but can well. We were disappointed it didn’t come with or we could also rent a fast charger adapter. Charging it took forever!! Rates and service were right on par, will utilize Avis again in the future.”
