“From day one of me needing a rental last year, I have been treated with respect, patience and listened to as to what my needs on a rental were. this year unfortunately I was. involved in an accident and needed a rental, I didn't even have to think of where to go, I came back to Enterprise and more specifically to the Lincoln location in Pasadena. “I didn’t get my rental from them to be honest, it was because I was a little bit to late and it got rented. But with that being said, I had some time to talk with the ladies in the office and let me tell you that they are some of the most beautiful and caring people I’ve met in any business I’ve dealt with In the post Covid era where customer service and just nonexistent or understanding with their customers . But these wonderful people gave me a lot of confidence and hope that there are still wonderful people in business still . “I definitely recommend Hertz Car Sales Inglewood for anyone looking to buy a almost new vehicle at a great, transparent, no haggling price. The employees that I encountered were all so nice and helpful to me and also nice to each other. There is a seven day buy back policy, which I took advantage of. I had reservations about the first car I financed, so returned it and chose another one. It is reasurring that the cars also come with a 12 month warranty at no charge.
Lukas was the first employee I saw, and he was very polite, answered all my questions about various cars, and let me test drive whatever vehicle I requested. I also test drove vehicles with Art, who was very knowledgeable about the different car models.
Juan Lomeli took over after I decided on a vehicle, addressing all questions and any concerns. He was always cheerful and made my experience a happy one with his extreme helpfulness. He made the buying process very pleasant and easy.
And a huge Thank You to Andrey Chernikov, who ensures that the customer leaves satisfied. When I returned the first vehicle it is Andrey who addressed all my concerns, making me feel valued and making sure I found a vehicle I was completely happy with. He also worked out the financing and is a wizard with numbers, knowledgeable, experienced, wise and trustworthy.

“Rented a EV in our trip so we could experience it before consider buying one. Our representative Rafael was great very knowledgeable and helpful. The car was in decent condition a little banged up but can well. We were disappointed it didn’t come with or we could also rent a fast charger adapter. Charging it took forever!! Rates and service were right on par, will utilize Avis again in the future.”
