“I went to the Enterprise on Colorado Boulevard in Pasadena. The employee was very nice and accommodating. She went out of her way to get me the perfect vehicle I needed. A Hyundai Palisades SUV. It was perfect because My totaled/out vehicle vehicle was an SUV. She was the only employee there. There were many people, but she made me feel like I was the only one she was taking care of. I have experienced other rental car companies in the past, but returned to Enterprise. No the company can’t beat them with Service.”
“Rented a tour van here and the folks were super kind, helpful, and fast. We’ve had a lot of issues in the past renting and this place made it easy—they had the exact car we reserved ready on time and made return a breeze. The same gentleman helped us both times and was professional and friendly.”

“Not even close! The value is goals here, fast friendly, didn't waste time trying to push other nonsense except the double check on insurance which spoilers. Your basic insurance probably covers rentals! We had a decent red Corolla about half the other options. Thanks guys!”
“This is my go-to car rental spot! I live in LA without a car (gasp!), so I rent one every month or two when I need to run errands or take a day trip. Their cars are always in great shape, the prices are super fair, and the owners are really kind and fun to talk to. They even have a resident cat, Tux, who frequents the lot!
I recommend this place so often, my friends have started calling the owners my “rental guys.” 10/10 would rent again (and again, and again, clearly).”

“Hertz let me down, but Value Rental Car is just a few steps away and came through!
Pierre and Maryam made the transaction seamless and fast.
I rented a Corolla that wasn’t a lot of things - brand new, lots of bells and whistles. But it got me from point A to
B with ice cold AC for a reasonable price.
Also, shout out to Maryam’s husband who was there when I returned the car. I didn’t catch his name. Nice guy!
10/10 would recommend.”

“I can't comment on the rental process as we rented our vehicle at another budget branch. We did however have lots of issues with the other branch which the guys at this branch helped us with. “Rented a EV in our trip so we could experience it before consider buying one. Our representative Rafael was great very knowledgeable and helpful. The car was in decent condition a little banged up but can well. We were disappointed it didn’t come with or we could also rent a fast charger adapter. Charging it took forever!! Rates and service were right on par, will utilize Avis again in the future.”
