Hotel Le Rêve Pasadena is a neat and clean accommodation, described by some guests as more like a motel than a hotel. The location is perfect for events like the Rose Bowl. The staff is very friendly, with great customer service at the front desk. However, experiences vary. Some guests reported their room was dirty, with stained pillow cases and even roaches, while others found their spotless premier suite a perfect experience. Several noted the property does not look like the online photos, with the lobby and building appearance differing. Amenities like a working elevator, spa room, gym, or swimming pool were not seen by some. Despite these inconsistencies, many guests said it worked out perfect for their needs and would recommend the place for a nice stay, advising to manage expectations accordingly.

Rooms very clean and Sunday morning provided for peace and quiet. Not noisy like in most hotels and location was perfect. Staff very friendly. Front desk worker (Janet) was very friendly.
