“Great views of the city! Parking must use a separate entrance than the rest of the mall parking. Parking cost is $$$ so definitely use a Globalist free night stay and get parking comped if you can. 6th floor room with a wraparound balcony is about as Vegas as it gets...by Pasadena standards.”

“The Langham Huntington in Pasadena is a beautiful and very elegant place to go for a drink or a business meeting. We did not stay at the hotel, but we stopped by for a meeting and really enjoyed the atmosphere. It feels refined, upscale, and peaceful, making it a great place to sit, talk, and enjoy the setting. If you appreciate mid-century architecture and vintage Americana vibes, you will absolutely love the Saga Motor Hotel.
It feels like stepping back into a simpler time, complete with a gorgeous original neon sign and actual metal room keys, but with all the modern comforts you need like great Wi-Fi and a fridge in the room.The entire property is incredibly clean and well-maintained.
The heated outdoor pool surrounded by palm trees is the perfect spot to relax after a long day of exploring.
The location is excellent-right on Colorado Boulevard (old route 66), highly walkable with lots of restaurants and shops nearby, and just a short drive to the Rose Bowl or the Huntington Library.
Free parking and a lovely complimentary continental breakfast in the morning made the stay an even better value.
A huge thank you to the front desk staff who were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. It’s no wonder this place is a favorite for movie shoots.

“Best Western Pasadena Inn on 3570 E Colorado Blvd is a fabulous place to stay when traveling in the area. If you are looking for a reliable, comfortable stay in East Pasadena near Lamanda Park with easy access to California Institute of Technology and major roads into Los Angeles, this hotel is a great option. I was in town visiting Caltech and wanted a hotel that had truck parking, a hot tub, a laundry room, and strong cleanliness standards. The Best Western Pasadena Inn met all my needs, exceeding expectations. First off, the area is clean and safe, allowing me to feel comfortable compared to some locations in LA. I also loved the rooms, which are large and clean with fridges and some of the fastest wireless internet I have seen for Zoom meetings. It allowed me to work without stress. Huge accolades for the pool and hot tub. The hot tub was clean and actually hot, unlike some hotels where the water is lukewarm. I also appreciated the staff here because they are very friendly and welcoming throughout the stay. If you enjoy having a wide selection of TV channels, this hotel definitely delivers. They do have a free breakfast, which is a nice added value, especially if you are heading out early for the day. The guest laundry room is also very convenient and a major asset for longer stays or road trips. Overall, I absolutely love the Best Western Pasadena Inn and will gladly stay here again, even if it means driving into Los Angeles, because I know this hotel delivers consistent, dependable quality.”

“What a pleasant stay!

This Bestern Western is located on The historic Route 66 and the route for the Rose Parade. Such a convenient location close to many amazing restaurants and shopping areas.

They offer two bedroom suites with two king sized beds, that is very rare. The rooms were huge with flat screen TVs. Even the mini fridge in the room was bigger than the usual square mini fridges. The toiletries in the room were premium. They offer shampoo, conditioner, and lotion with Argan oil. It smelled good and did not dry out my hair.

The room was newly renovated. This room was very clean and modern. Felt like a $850/night Marriott stay. They have complimentary hot breakfast in the morning. With eggs, bacon, and sausages. A waffle station that stamps the waffle with a cute heart and a BW logo. Never seen this anywhere. Such a nice extra detail. They offered juices, teas, and coffee. Muffins, cereals, yogurt, etc, the breakfast choices were endless. There’s a water filter dispenser to fill up your water bottles. They even had hazelnut creamer! I’ve never seen a hotel offer hazelnut cream with a complimentary breakfast. So delicious!

The interior and exterior so clean. I even observed two employees in the morning cleaning the parking lot at the same time. That is why there is no debris anywhere on the floor.

“Just celebrated my birthday at the Afternoon Tea room with a group of girlfriends. We had a lovely time; the food and tea was excellent, and the room itself is like something out of a fairytale (like the rest of the property). There was a wide selection of savory and sweet foods, each of them equally tasty. My only hesitation to leave a 5 star review was because of the service; it took about 3 times of asking for our waitress to bring water to the table, and wished she had been a bit more attentive to us in general. Granted - it was a busy afternoon with other large parties to attend to, and she did her best while working somewhere that's understaffed. Otherwise, the restaurant was managed well, clean, and had the perfect ambiance for small and large parties alike. They also had us seated near the harpist, bonus points for that too!”

always professional and accommodating. Very clean hallways and rooms that smell clean. Good location to walk to nearby restaurants & groceries (Target, World Market, Sprouts). Housekeeping ladies are always polite and go the extra mile with a smile.”

“Great relatively affordable hotel! Breakfast is nice, there are Tesla chargers in front of the hotel. Rooms are nice also.

Location is excellent for exploring the greater LA area, went from here to Big Bear, Mojave desert, etc. You're right at the highway.

If you just want a place to stay that has all you need and decent amenities and is properly cleaned, this is a great place to stay.

Bonus is the pool for a quick swim.”

Avoid courtyard facing room - when window is opened, noise from pool area with loud children screaming & yelling unsupervised by adults during the day & cannabis smoking odor permeates through the open window late nights.
Suggestion to management:
Provide microwave in the room. Only one available in the lobby, long lines during meal time.”

“We stayed for 7 weeks with them, and this establishment deserves more than 5 stars.

The rooms are immaculately clean. Elizabeth and Sam are some of the most friendliest and helpful front desk personnel I have ever encountered. The house keeping staff, (especially the Afro-Latina girl whose name eludes me at the moment), worked relentlessly to keep everything on the premises clean.

Safety was not a concern, as every inch of the property is covered by strategically positioned security cameras.

I moved to California very recently after a very bad divorce, and although I had a job ready for me when I got here, I had no where to live and knew I was going to have to live in a hotel for a while. Bobby, the wonderful human being that he is, WENT OUT OF HIS WAY AND BEYOND to ensure I had a place to stay that I could afford while I save money and get myself set up with an apartment. “We stayed at the Pasadena Inn in Old Town Pasadena for three weeks, and we had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The location right in the heart of Old Town is completely unparalleled, and the rooms were kept spotlessly clean throughout our entire long-term stay.

​Even with some construction on the property, the staff was remarkably courteous, attentive, and accommodating. A huge, special shout-out goes to Deep—he is truly the single biggest reason our stay was so wonderful!
​When we ran into a small issue with our cold water not working, Deep jumped on it immediately, and the maintenance team had it fully resolved within an hour. To top it off, Deep made sure our room was thoroughly tidied up right after the workers finished up. That level of speed, care, and proactive customer service is rare.

​We would highly recommend the Pasadena Inn to anyone visiting the area, and we will definitely be staying here again!”
