“Customer Service is stellar! I went in 30 minutes before closing time on the 4th of July. I was greeted by a person with a smile and ready to help me choose a wine. The worker asked me what kinds of wine I liked, where I was going to be drinking the wine (chilled or room temperature), full body vs light, etc. She then chose like 3 different high quality bottles. From there, we started narrowing down to single bottle. She told me price point, the differences between the bottles of wine, and so on. We decided on one and I didn’t leave feeling like I could’ve chose a different one. It tasted amazing. Also, I was going to a picnic but didn’t have a wine opener so she opened and corked it for me. She gave me a couple of cups as well. All in all, it was an amazing experience. I’m going to rate it a 12/10. It truly felt like a boutique experience.”

“A+ craft beer singles selection (including Mortalis and Everywhere!) and open late, which is such a value add in sleepy LA. The gas station+ craft beer stop concept is genius. Will be dropping by again soon for sure.
The attendant was friendly and willing to endure my banter with good grace but wasn't a beer nerd or able to offer recommendations. Seems like a curated tasting/training is in order! If you guys ever roll out some sort of 4 pack discount, I 'd for sure buy in greater quantity. (Pics included of my haul and the well lit parking lot.)”
“It's a really clean and organized total wine and more. It's kind of hard to expect more right? Well sometimes they have special tasting events for wines. You just got to come at the right time. Wine tasting are from Thursday-Sunday. Make sure to bring your id”

“It is a good stop and with front row parking. A straight forward transaction. A vast selection of spirits to start up a party in no time. If I am around the corner vising this is one of my pit stops to grab everything for the party. Prices? Who cares it is convenient. Cashier has Plexiglas all around the counter. “Went the day before Thanksgiving to buy a tomahawk steak but they were sold out. One of the butchers there recommended cowboy cut instead. He explained the different grade of beef and we ended up buying prime cuts at $27.99/lb. It was pricey but definitely worth the price as it was buttery soft and a big hit at our Thanksgiving dinner.”

“Was going to leave because I thought they didn’t have the drink I was looking for. But then the man at the counter asked what I needed and assured me they had it. He was nice enough to help me find it. His customer service was very friendly. Saw they have a good variety of drinks. I’ll definitely be back.”
“Just your usual Cost Plus World Market, but without NYSelzter which is a real shame. I remain hopeful for the return of that exquisitly effervescent elixir. Fortunately there is a rare Kuromi kraft or tchotchke such as a PEZ flip-top and refills. Nostalgia bliss. It's no wonder I've a reading chair and cabinet from this place, good quality stuffs with a pleasant and chill bohemian vibe. There is a restroom which requires a code, available from any associate. The parking at this location can sometimes overflow to another lot across the street. Do join their loyalty program with phone and email, sometimes there are specials and discounts plus they've a point rewards system. Ymmv”
“This is now my go-to liquor store in Pasadena. I immediately noticed how clean it is, and I like their selection of both candy and drinks. Their prices are great too, and it's conveniently located off the 210 freeway close to Pasadena City College. I definitely recommend this place if you need a quick coffee before class. (:”

“I was down the street at Tops and decided to stop buy and exchange a Lottery scratcher winner. The older cashier man was not that friendly with a frown for a welcome instead of smile, but oh well. It's a small store but with basic convenience items most customers are looking for.”

“I used to come here when it was owned by an old couple. Everything was so outdated back then but they were very nice to me when I stopped by. I was told they sold the store and the store is now being remodeled. The store is so much bigger and is completely transformed into more modern look.
The taco shop is still there thank god! They have tasty soups here so it’s always a plus!
This store has the best price on beers & liquor in town and have a great selection.”

Everyone loves the Irish guy before they fired him. Everyone else is cool. If your not in the area you come from Beverlyhills yea you may have some judgment because of the homeless people that pass by which in my opinion they are just people they mind their own buissness.”

“This place has almost everything that you can imagine. The only thing I didn't find was foot fungus medicine and coloring books. Other than that I think they'd a had everything anyone could ask for. So if you're in this area and you need something that's the place to go late or on special occasions when you can't get to any other stores they have it all”
“I chose to order from a BevMo (Pasadena - Arroyo Seco) not in my immediate area because they carried two selections of Nectar. The variety 12 pack (Mandarin, Yuzu, Lychee, Asian Pear) and the POG (Passion, Orange, Guava) six pack. Perfect timing too! The latest promotional email coupon landed in my inbox a few days ago. I stocked up with plenty of Nectar to last me quite a while. The Nectar Asian flavors tasted so good last time I got the variety pack that I chose to do a super order and max out the $25 discount on orders over $150. I came in on Saturday mid-morning. It was super chill, only one customer at check out. This was the first time I noticed the Mo. There was random stuff that I didn't expect to find at BevMo. It didn't take but a minute for Mikhail to come over and help me out. Picking up my order was very easy. He grabbed all the items in my order and put them in my shopping cart. I only needed to show my DL, sign for the order, and load my car parked in front of the store. I was in and out of there really quickly.”

“Before heading to Pasadena yesterday, my car gas gauge was at 2 bars. I said I'll just get gas after my workout. Sure enough... my gas gauge was blinking upon leaving my workout location LOL. I had to quickly find a gas station. Well, the nearest gas station was at least 5 minutes from where I was at. It was between Chevron or Shell. Guess who won? You got it... Shell!Funny, as I was driving to Shell, I saw Chevron, but it was on the other side of the street that I was driving on so I said I'll just stick with Shell. Great corner location on Del Mar Blvd and Arroyo Parkway. Clean exterior. Prices were several cents cheaper than Chevron... yay! They also have a food mart, but I didn't go in. I prefer to pay at the pump unless I really need to go inside. If they run out of paper, I just make myself a note on gas cost and be on my way and not bother going inside to get receipt. Anyway, thanks Shell for being present when I needed you most!”
