“I visited this shop on a weekend to see what all the fuss was about. My wife recommended Mark Piscitelli's as she's s very familiar with the Pasadena area and their great reputation. I wanted to get a nice tweed sport coat since Nordstrom and Bloomingdale's had just a few examples in limited colors and patterns. Well, I wasn't disappointed...there were lots of colors and patterns...and materials (wool, cashmere and camel). But more importantly I got very attentive and polite service. I gotta say, it was like being transported to another time. I never felt any pressure or ulterior motive...only the need to help me find what I wanted. ...But somehow I ended up with a whole suit instead of a sport coat! They do have a nicely curated collection of suits here and I've always wanted a double breasted suit. I own just 6 suits but not one is double breasted. They had a nice example in a blue window pane pattern that was a good fit so I bought it. I'm returning on my lunch break on Monday to have their tailor make the final adjustments. Mark Piscitelli is a gem...go see for yourself. Prices are relatively reasonable for the excellent quality they offer. It really is good stuff. I'm not a dandy but I do often complain about not having access to certain things at Nordstrom and Bloomingdale's that were available only a few years. If I want a nice pair of wool-lined leather dress gloves...which no one seems to carry anymore....I don't want to run across town to mega malls or endlessly search online. If I want a distinctive tie or a custom tailored shirt or some nice pants to match my sport coats...I now have the perfect place to start!”

“My wife and I stopped by this Macy so she could return an item here. We were already in the area so that's why we came to this one. We parked on the roof of the parking structure since all the other parking spots in the garage were taken. So we entered through the top level and had to go down to the lower level to return the item. This Macy is very nice, I think it's the nicest Macy I been to just because of the way they decorate inside. You feel like you're in a high value store based alone on how they display their items. The staff are great here and will answers all your questions.”

“This review is strictly to recognize and employee who every time I shop at J. Crew does not disappoint! I came here today for some holiday shopping, I was greeted and assisted by Christina G. As she was helping me I realized she helped me once before and provided the same excellent customer service! I told myself to make sure I wrote a review today because great customer service is hard to come by! Especially on two separate occasions! She is very patient and helpful, gave me some great feedback and is so genuine. During the holiday season helping customers can be exhausting and overwhelming, but Christina being attentive in her role is just a clear indicator it's who she is naturally. Her hard work and warm personality should be recognized! Much appreciated!”

“Typically I cannot stand walking into Tilly's I have been to several locations where I am repeatedly ignored it has happened at this location as well. I don't know why it happens but several employees have looked right passed me and approached customers that I guess fit their style a bit more??? I went in this location with a friend this past week and A young man named Gilbert approached my friend and I and ask if we needed help right away! After declining his help, he proceeds to tell us that if we need help getting a shoe size or anything from the back to just let him know and gave us his name. He immediately began organizing shelves and folding clothes. He honestly made my evening. Right before walking in I told my friend that if i experienced bad service or no service at all again, that I would find and make a call to corporate for sure. Not because I wanted to be a "Karen". It's not even a big deal to me to be greeted immediately upon walking into an establishment, but because of just how many locations and employees have displayed such foul attitudes and LITERALLY ignored me in the past or chose to service other people around me but never ME. It was getting ridiculous. But thank you Gilbert! I don't know if it was because you're new or just raised right but don't change. It was the easiest thing to just ask if we needed help. And although we really didn't need help, you were the first person to ever interact with me in a Tilly's.”
