He offered me different shoe options without any pressure at all. Even while helping multiple customers at once, he balanced everything smoothly and still made me feel taken care of. Great customer service!

Was initially hesitant based on some reviews HOWEVER... my experience was amazing. Staff was super polite, helpful and informed. They made my transaction a breeze and would definitely recommend. Keep in mind I've only been here once so I could have caught them on a payday or something. But overall cool Newbalance experience.

Jonathan is an excellent sales associate. Helped me pick the right shoe and took his time as well as multi tasking. Wish all sales associate 's could take care of people like him. He was the only one that said welcome when I entered the store.

I have only worn NB shoes my entire life. I went to this store to buy a pair of running and walking shoes. I made eye contact with someone behind the counter when I walked in the door. I walked around the entire store (complete 360) and not a single person said anything to me, no one helped me. By the time I got back to the door, I walked out and left. I went home and ordered a pair of Ryka Rezorb Max walking shoes from Nordstrom. I have no idea about the Ryka brand. But, I‘m about to learn. Refuse to give my money to NB/this store again. Now, I need to find a pair of running shoes!
