  The representatives are Extremely difficult. They don't listen, don't care and don't want to be helpful.

  The Pasadena branch is terrible. They expect you to stand there and wait while they have an extended personal conversation WAY after banking business has been completed. So rude. And it's really hard to find parking. A lot of hassel for horrible service.

  Worst customer service ever. 4 employees on the floor with 2 customers being helped. Three customers waiting in line and the 1 teller was helping one of the customers who was also being helped by one of the employees at a desk. Waited in line 15 minutes without any acknowledgment from anyone that we were even standing there... read full comment
