I went in today at around 11:40am to do a happy return here. I went to the happy return line and asked two employees that were behind the cashier register, one of the names was Jennifer, I didn’t get the other person’s name, but when I asked, they just looked at each other and I didn’t get any answer back from either one of them, so I asked if I should wait in the checkout line, then the guy responded back with a bit of an attitude saying like I said we will help you once our system comes back up, I didn’t hear a response from either one of them the first time I asked and apparently they had done the same thing to another lady that was there, because she grabbed me and said, “they did the same thing to me” so apparently I wasn’t the only one. I was thinking of taking my dog here for the first time to get groomed, but now I don’t think that’s going to happen. I don’t want my dog getting that same treatment or worse in this Petco if this is the type of people they have working there, rude and disrespectful!

The store is convenient because it's always open till 9:00 p.m. It is a very convenient location with its own parking lot. The parking lot itself is not very well lit and it is somewhat small but I always seem to find a parking spot when I go even if it's crowded. The store is pretty large has a very wide variety of products for cats dogs fish lizards birds and other small animals. The staff are friendly and helpful. And things seem reasonably priced. People are welcome to bring their animals in with them to shop. They also have an extensive dog cookie buffet at the front of the store.

Good location. App prices and in store prices are different but they can adjust your prices down if you show them your phone app prices. Parking lot is free.
