Monique is amazing! I was moving things to another unit by myself from the main building to the second building. Had to push things to the pedestrian sidewalk back and forth (lol), Monique saw me and helped me with the most daunting load I had to do. On top of that, she helped checked me out - super smooth process. Thank you!

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I reserved a unit. The unit was rented out and I was not notified. I called to ask about office hours and was told I can complete the process online at any time. I called back the same day when that didn’t work and I was told that I had to be at the office that day before five in order to move in, it was already 530. I tried calling multiple times and left messages was never given a call back. Finally I just showed up to the office only to find out that the office isn’t open till five. It’s only open till one and that all the units that I was interested in were rented out. This business wasted my time on multiple days.

I had such a pleasant experience storing some items here this past summer. The sign up was easy, and the employee that I interacted with (Chris?) was incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the space. Would recommend!
