Ralphs Fresh Fare is an excellent and favorite grocery store for many, described as a huge store that is bigger than regular locations. It offers thousands of quality food and household products, featuring fresh produce, meats, seafood, and dairy that are always fresh and good quality. The store is a one-stop shop with easy returns. Customer service is often incredible, with staff noted as cheerful, steadfast, welcoming, and efficient. The store has security and is less congested, making late-night shopping around 9 or 10pm a good suggestion. However, lines are frequently big due to many self-checkouts, and some staff have spotty customer service skills. The location can be confusing for ride pick-ups because it has two entrances on opposite sides of the plaza.
