If you’re looking for an excellent workout, with undoubtable results, with an excellent, intuitive, super-informed and flexible coach, in a totally unpretentious and friendly gym, then this is the place for you.Jesse oversees several people (usually between 2 and 6 people at a time) doing his intelligently and carefully designed one-hour workouts that include weight lifting of many varieties, calisthenics and cardio. How he manages to keep track of everyone’s needs (folks who are at different ages, fitness levels, etc) is beyond my comprehension but he does it easily and with aplomb.Participants range in age for their 20s up to 70s. The gym is not a ‘scene’ it is down-to-earth and folks are genuinely nice and respectful and just going their thing.I cannot recommend this class more highly. I hate working out and I always will (it’s just one of those things for me, I’m afraid!) but coming here, with all the super nice folks, and Jesse especially, and seeing and feeling the results, makes me hate it way less than ever before!

Love this gym! Semi private personal training classes are incredible! Dedicated very skilled trainers and a super fun environment to work out in - never felt in better shape than I have with Strength Essentials training!!!

Signed up for a 6am training via MINDBODY app and no one was there to get me situated when I showed up. I was ready to give them all my money because the facility looks nice. Oh well

Hands down my favorite gym! I drive 50 mins every morning In order to make it to their 6am class. Every class, depending on the week, focuses on a different area ( ex., wed is abs and arm day). Although everyone does the same workout, you complete it based on your own time and abilities. Additionally, all the trainers are very knowledgeable. They will implement modifications as necessary and challenge you by adding a little bit of weight as they see you progress. Perhaps that's what I like most about this gym. I have bad knees, so i avoid boot camps bc they pressure you to complete a workout under a specified duration. Reflex is as strenuous as your typical boot camps but they ensure you are exercising safely while building muscle mass. Lastly, Reflex is clean, spacious, and well equipped. I highly recommend this gym to anyone who is into lifting !

I love coming here! This little gym has become my place of zen. It's not flashy but it gets the job done. The best part is that everyone is respectful & courteous-- coming from a young woman stepping into a gym, that's very important to me.

Very Clean Gym and very well kept. Open for Business and follows protocol for COVID-19. Mask and temperature taken before entering and Hand sanitize. There phone sanitizer everywhere and equipment is clean before and after. Bathrooms are impeccable kept and it’s a Great atmosphere to train and workout no matter what your goal. Trainers acknowledge you and they even have a sign up sheet so there no more than 4-6 people at a time with 3 Large rooms with plenty of space to keep social distancing. Lots of doors and cleaning products to help you feel safe and comfortable.

Even after remodel this gym is missing equipment. Has some old out dated equipment some things in disrepair. The new color scheme is so depressing, black on black on black. Most male trainers don't seem very mature or even to be a good trainer. They would rather talk to the other trainers then focus on their clients.

Equipment is old and metric. Some things not kept up. Owner has a great dog until he wanders into your workout. Most male trainers think it is ok to interrupt your training so they can talk to your trainer especially if they are a female.

I am a personal trainer at this gym and there is no other location that I would rather train my clients. This place is clean super, with a cool vibe, nice people, and lots of space for each individual's training needs. Come by and take a look.

More than just a gym. This gym is great because there are many services available depending on your personal needs. They offer both personal training and a small group training class called Strength Essentials if you are looking for great programming and a trainer but for a more affordable cost than 1 on 1. There are knowledgeable trainers, a nutritionist, chiropractor, and massage therapist on site to offer their services as well. The entire gym is a mecca for improving your overall health and getting your fitness goals into gear. The best part is the welcoming and family like atmosphere which makes working out a whole lot more enjoyable. If you're looking to start working out and meet your goals but don't know where to start or need some accountability, this is your place.

I started as a fitness professional about 10 years ago. I’ve been to many gyms in California and Colorado. Gym owners are typically easy going and accommodating to trainers since we rent space from them. Still Peter and Nader, by far, have been the most accommodating private gym owners that I’ve ever dealt with. I bring in a lot of my own equipment to train several people at a time in combat-derived movement for fitness. The other day, I asked Nader if I could rent some close
