5/12/22 Appointment only, apparently, which wasn't denoted anywhere. They don't pick up the phone when you call or answer the doorbell. How and WHY am I supposed to make an appointment to look at dog carriers?

The best products for pets on the market. Crash tested by a third party and amazing bowls and leashes. Couldn't recommend enough and SUPER fast shipping with great customer support.

Sleepypod has great products of high quality. I went through the center for pet safety videos comparing the harnesses and sleepypod was the safest so i placed an order immediately through their website and it arrive very fast. I called their customer service and they were able to help me promptly with my issues.
