“Pet Food Express has all the food and treats my pet with specific health requirements needs! They have a variety of healthy treats that also have the deal of “buy three get the fourth free” which applies to many items in the store. We love getting the goat milks and cod treats with this deal. They also always seem to have things in stock when other pet food express stores have run out of stock. The staff at this location are always welcoming and helpful. They even do delivery now for convenience so that comes in handy when I do not have time to run to the store. Plenty of parking is always available at this location and there are pay stations, but the first 90 minutes are free.”
“The staff here always welcomes your furbaby and treats them like family. They will also clean up after your pet. They treat your pet as if it were their own. It seems my Mitsuha loves Erica, Bella and Patrick the most. She runs to them about the same way she runs to me.”
“I was at Pasadena Playhouse on Saturday, I bought a ladybug chew toy for my dog and it didn’t squeak. I brought it back Sunday, and Skye was lovely, exchanged the toy and made great recommendations for my cat. I will certainly return to this neat shop”

“When I first adopted my dog I figured I could do all of his grooming. Let me tell you that while I did a good enough job it was not at the level that the professionals here at Bowhaus perform these tasks. They set a high standard of care and compassion which is why I take him in for regular grooming every 4 to 6 weeks. This place not only cares for our pets, they also care about them. I appreciate all of the staff here so much!!!”
“THANK YOU!! I am a new AFT gecko owner and have been having a difficult time getting my girl to eat anything. I tried meal worms, crickets, dubia roaches, but no luck. I went in to find anything to help because now I’m getting desperate. Thankfully Eliana (sorry forgot her name) in the reptile/fish dept asks me if i needed help. Come to find out she is basically an expert in geckos and I ran down my whole set up with her to find out what I could possibly be doing wrong. She was very patient, informative, and encouraging. She gave me solid recommendations and even directed me to an exotics vet if needed. Thankfully I was able to get my gecko to eat that night! We are overjoyed and so grateful for your help. You saved me a trip to the vet ?”
“I have been coming here for about 6 months. Everyone is very friendly and responsive. Within 2 visits, the staff knew her by name. My dog with separation anxiety pulls me down the street to get in. We had spent a few weeks away with the holidays and the fire evacuation, and the staff mentioned we'd been gone awhile and how they missed her. This evening, after she spent 9.5 hours there, I got her into the car to go home, and she jumped out and ran back up the sidewalk, wiggling by the front door of the daycare until I caught up. She loves it here THAT MUCH.
Cannot overstate how happy we both are to have this place in our neighborhood.

“Kathryn was great! Rocky was well groomed and she even threw in a little toy. He looks tired bc he got back from a walk, just as she was driving up. She was also punctual and on time. Would recommend, If anyone needs mobile grooming!”
“Great store. Friendly staff. The checkout line can be better organized. If a checker is available, it is hard to see past check stand 1. The line forms by an aisle where people are still shopping so it can inconvenience shoppers a little. Organize the check stand lines and this store will be perfect.”
“I’ve been taking my dog to daycare here for about four years. We love this place, especially the staff—they are considerate, professional, and genuinely love dogs. K9 Loft also has convenient grooming and dental-cleaning services. The new location is a huge upgrade. Overall, the value here is excellent!”

“My go-to spot in Pasadena for freshly baked dog cakes and cookies! There’s also a selection of packaged treats, toys, and collars and leashes, but the freshly made stuff is the reason to come here. All the cookies and cakes look cute and fun, and they are dog safe! (Carob instead of chocolate, for example.)
It’s always a treat to celebrate birthdays or anniversaries with goodies from the Dog Bakery.”
