“My husband and I had visited this store in hopes of finding even higher/better quality/human grade dog food as my mom's family dog tends to have a lot of allergies including of course food allergies. Not only where we able to find 3 options for her, she ate all of them with no issue and honestly she looks amazing. It feels so fulfilling to have your pets eat as well as you do , in hopes of better health and longevity for them. My cats on the other hand are a bit pickier but I hope to be able to transition them to the food available here and thank you for keeping our fellow felines in mind as well. Skye was of great assistance and we appreciate her kindness on our second visit , but first purchase since our first time in was just a window shopping moment. I hope to see the continuation of expanded selection on the items available with our beloved companions best health/interest in mind. I also appreciate the fair prices as this is a expensive city to begin with. I will definitely be a returning customer, thank you guys and this will definitely be a place we will frequent now that we know.”

“I order 6 cakes here every year, one for each of my dogs birthdays and they have always delivered consistent cakes! My dogs love the cakes here and they have also tried their cookies and treats that are offered in the cases. The bakery also carries a small assortment of dog food, packaged treats, raw chews and dried chews, and many birthday accessories. There are many things here that are size appropriate for any breed of dog. I've gotten many little treats here for my dogs that range from 3 lbs - 16 lbs but I've seen people come in with their large breeds and leave with something for them.”

I love Jackie- she is warm, caring, great with animals and an expert in grooming options. I trust her 500%. I would highly recommend K9 klipping for quality customer service and quality grooming. “This place is great. Customer service is good. But the reason I gave it a 4 stars is because of the first time I went to this location the service started off great. I had brought my husky to a new pet store and he’s a shy husky. He had a few oopsies around the store. Some older lady that works there started to give me dirty looks after the one oopsie. The second time my doggie went again, she gave me her 2 cents about how my dog is not neutered and males leave their marks in places they smell females. ?yea I got a bit bothered and I just let it go. I walked it off around the store looking for more product for my floof. When I finally got what I came to get from the store. I had purchased a bag of Nulo kibble ( fyi that food is amazing I recommend to any one who has picky eater) by that time I had asked the cashier if her cans were still in sale? She said yes of course. I asked if I could leave and go pick up some cans? She said of course. I asked to leave my purchased bag at the register? She happened to ask the same old lady that was giving me dirty looks. ?. By then there was a few more people in line… and she puts me on blast in front of everyone. She tells the cashier “you can go get her the cans she wants because her dog is peeing everywhere”. I got really upset. And atomic bomb went off inside of me?. I kept composure. The cashier had tried to convince me to go and get the cans. I felt hurt and insulted, I told the cashier thanks but I don’t think I want them, I’ll just go else where because this woman has a problem with my dog. I was not about to start making a scene with this woman about her nasty comments. I contemplated on returning because I didn’t want to see her ever again. But since my floof is a picky eater and I’ve been searching everywhere heaven and earth looking and buying bags left and right that he just doesn’t want. I swallowed my pride and just went back 3 weeks later. Hoping I wouldn’t see that woman again. The second time I went back a kind man who worked there offered to help, I asked if I could talk to management about that woman’s nasty customer service. He helped me out and convinced me to come back again. And I do go back, I just have to watch out for that woman, and I don’t bring my floof there again sadly. And he likes pet stores once he gets used to them and sees other pups there. I have worked retail most of my life and I’ve never been this nasty to anyone. Let alone being put on the spot simply because my dog had an oopsie.”

“We have been taking our three dogs here for years. I highly recommend their grooming services. Talk with them about exactly what you want and they take notes and remember next time that "Buddy can't have clippers around his face". We'll keep going as long as they'll take us. And during the dog "flu" they took great precautions and we felt safe taking all 3 to get groomed. Lovely people. Lovely local place.”

“My dog, Mr. C, adores IDMD. Every Thursday morning he excitedly lets me know that it's daycare day. As we get out of the car, he is happily greeted by name and pulls me like a rocket to the lobby, where he huffs and bounces with excitement until he gets to go play with all his human and canine friends. I find the staff to be caring, kind, and helpful - my (let's say "picky") dog is my litmus test - his joy to be there and his happy exhaustion at the end of the day are testament to the great team behind the counter and with the dogs. The place is clean and friendly. We always feel safe boarding here - even when Mr. C got snapped at (he stepped on a sleeping dog, I guess he never heard the adage), the IDMD team took charge and got him to the vet to get the nip checked out - keeping us updated so we didn't have to worry while overseas. He was just fine. I like that the team keeps everyone up on vaccines, and I am so grateful that Mr. C has a carefully-monitored daycare setting where he can chill with other doggos. We buy a year in advance to take advantage of the multi-visit discount, and we have a standing reservation, which helps in such a popular place. Big thanks to the IDMD team for being an important part of our life!”

“I took my cat here to get neutered and the staff were so caring and sweet. I was very nervous bringing him in and the staff made me feel comfortable leaving him with them. They told me that they were not able to neuter him because he has a heart murmur. After hearing that I was so worried and scared but they fully explained everything that I needed to know. They took the time to make sure that I had all the information I needed. I am so grateful for the staff, they are amazing!”

“my fat chiwennie with separation anxiety tried out a non aesthetic dental cleaning at this place! It surprisingly only took an hour, and now her teeth are so shiny you'd think she got veneers the back staff goes above and beyond to deep clean and combat that respiratory dog virus floating around. the staff is on top of it making sure that all dogs have the proper vaccines? in order to go into the play area and have rooms for dogs who have yet to be neutered or prefer to be alone ☺️☺️in regards to the retail area, it’s very aesthetic looking and love how cute the place looks everytime it’s a different season / holiday. various selections and cute selections of everything being sold ☺️☺️”
