If I could give negative 5. I (would)! You have to hold on the phone 20 minutes day after day (to pay your dang bill)! I was (trying in vain) to pay my bill, but they never answered the phone, after I stayed on hold 20 minutes. I didn't want to run my cell phone's power down, so I hung up.
