Medical assistants are rude and have no bedside manner. Patients are obviously visiting the office because they're sick in some capacity, so the least they can do is show some care or sympathy. I understand their days are monotonous, but they shouldn't take their boredom out on the patients.

Doctors are great but front office is terrible. Constant mistakes and overall poor attitude. I understand that no one likes to work but have a little professionalism. In person is a bad experience and over phone is even worse.

Waiting to speak to someone to schedule an appointment takes forever. Anytime I call there is always someone ahead of me, the wait could take up to 20 mins on the phone other then that my Dr and staff is great and fast.
