I recommend you don’t show up at the store unless you call in and confirm they have the actual hardware. I had booked online and had a confirmation number and was told to pick it up at the store. Upon arriving at the store, I waited there for a while before someone made a general announcement that they had run out of all equipment for the day. What is the point of making a reservation and having a confirmation.

I went in expecting a bad time based on other reviews but my experience was actually very pleasant. Lots of employees ready to help when I walked in. Got what I needed done quickly. This review is for the store only and not Spectrum services.To the store: I’m not sure if this is a recent change but keep it up!

Worse than the DMV. Employees are on the phone with customer service just like we would be on our own. What's the point of a place like this?There were employees not doing anything that could have been going through the queue.Even if you made a reservation online (why would someone even do that) you're still waiting in line to be helped.

The door to this location was locked at 7:30 pm on July 2. I saw people inside so I knocked on door. A female opened locked door, cracked the door and stated they were closed. I said that it was not 8 pm and she said she had no time to talk and relocked the door. Worst c

I was just turned away from returning their equipment to the store they wanted me to wait over an hour to hand them equipment. I was treated rudly and am appald after giving this company buisness month after month.

Not sure why we have to sign in and wait when I need to return an equipment. The concept of the spectrum store is really.. well.. outdated backward thinking.

I returned my deceased brother's equipment two weeks ago. I waited an hour in line to do so when I was told they don't take returning equipment. I have to go to a UPS. I told them my brother died. They said come back with the death certificate. They need proof. Why would anyone want to stand in line for an hour so they can lie about their brother dying? I came back with the death certificate (which takes 2 weeks to get btw.) They told me they had not closed the account when I notified them two weeks prior. Then they told me I had to call Customer Service and ask for Retention. I was put on hold for 20 min. Hung up, and called back twice. Finally got a live representative, who told me there would be no refund. How to improve horrible service: 1. Put a big sign on the door saying: RETURNING EQUIPMENT. WE DON'T DO THAT. TAKE IT TO UPS 2. Take a person's word that their loved one has died. No one in their right mind wants to stand in line to be told they don't believe you. 3. Don't make people jump through 4 hoops because they no longer need your service. 4. Dead people don't surf the internet. They surf the universe. The service should be disconnected from the date of death.

OMG, there are 5 people working this store, one employee occupied with a customer and the others just standing around, yet no one would talk to you unless you signed in. I was just dropping off equipment after switching from Spectrum cable Internet to Frontier Fiber Optic. Spent 25 minutes waiting patiently with NO ONE in front of me, watching the three unoccupied employees talk to each other, and then they said "Oh, we just lost our Internet connection so you'll have to come back later." I told them I wasn't coming back and just wanted to return equipment. They told me to go to UPS 1/2 mile away to ship that to them, at their expense. Nearly half an hour wasted for nothing. SO GLAD I LEFT SPECTRUM FOR FRONTIER.

i went to this spectrum store on tues. afternoon 6/7 with some questions about possibly bundling my cable, phone and internet with spectrum. i signed in, then sat there for about an hour before i just got up and left out of frustration. i went on a weekday afternoon on purpose to avoid weekend crowds, but that backfired. there were only two employees helping people at the counters. sone people were literally eating their lunch while they waited, and one guy was making jokes about how if someone died, noone would notice, as noone from spectrum came over to even ask why we were there. i know it's cable tv, and if everything went smoothly, that would bexstrange. but this was just ridiculous. anyway, i left and went to the spextrum office in the paseo colorado, walked right in and got all my questions answered. last time i go to this spectrum office

Such a terrible internet and cable service company. Online representative have attitudes and cocky on the phone and are not really helpful. Time to change internet and cable provider because their service is horrible.

Came here with a routine drop off of equipment. Should be simple, but no. 3 staff members and I'm waiting here 30 mins Left after another customer said she was there 2 hours. I ain't got time for that.

Very Satisfied, I lost the old sim card and replaced it with a new one, they immediately gave me a new one. The phone was misplaced later, so I made another trip. Overall very satisfied! The service is very fast!

Customer service is poor from most associates. However, one associate particular helps people who don't even sign in. I've seen this on two occasions where people have signed in, waited 30 minutes, only to have someone come in and get help never having signed in. How hard is it to tell people to sign in and wait their turn? It's a very poor practice and the manager at this location needs to fix it immediately.
