I started Bar Method in 2020 and have loved it ever since! I have completed over 500 classes and the method really does work! It's a great workout that will effectively tone muscle and is safe. Additionally, the Pasadena studio offers so much class variety, flexibility in class times, and the staff is friendly and professional!
