I just had a phone call with a customer service representative named Denise at the Pasadena USPS and she was so delightful. She worked with me on my problem (missing package) and cared about it as if it were her own problem!

Currently being used as a staging area for ICE raids. If you're a non-citizen (even a legal resident) I'd steer clear because it's likely you'll be harassed or even detained.

5 Stars – Supervisor Denise Romero Saved the Day
What started as a frustrating and disappointing experience turned around thanks to Supervisor Denise Romero. I originally arrived at 10:52 AM and didn’t leave until 1:38 PM due to severe staffing issues—something upper management absolutely needs to address. Dozens of customers were waiting, and service was nearly nonexistent for long periods of time.
However, Supervisor Denise Romero went above and beyond. She stayed in communication with me via telephone, listened to my concerns, and actively coordinated with her colleagues to make sure my issues were resolved. Her professionalism, care, and follow-through made all the difference. While the staffing situation is unacceptable, Denise truly exemplifies what excellent customer service looks like.

I’m so sorry if you ever have to deal with this sad establishment because it’s probably the worst post office I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I don’t know where they find the carriers driving out of this office but they all have zero brain cells. the will call clerks disappear for half hours at a time. the only saving grace is the kind supervisor. otherwise - stay away!

charged me twice for the same package. they refused a refund
update: were possibly suing since they leave our mail outside and have just gotten a bank card stolen. You guys are the worst. Well be suing for fraud and identity fraud. Thanks for the money

I gave 5 Stars because of 'Precious' who works at this Post office branch location. where Customer Service is seriously lacking. I like to observe who I come in contact with and how that person interacts with me when my day is tough and customer service day is tough too. Every week there is only one person at the service window/desk and the line is long, long, long. Precious listens patiently to each customer’s concerns, and snarky/bad attitudes towards her. She reply's with respect, showing human kindness , care and concern. She needs to be recognized!!! PRECIOUS shows the three Rs in Professionalism. It's people like Precious we need MORE of. I hope she becomes supervisor one day if that’s her desire.
Thank you US Postal Service so much for having Precious on your team!!! It’s people like her is so rare.

Arrived at about 5pm (they are open until 6pm) and was directed to the Will Call counter to pick up my package. No one was at the Will Call desk assisting customers when I arrived and one of the people ahead of me said that no one had been at the counter for at least 45min (despite frequent rings of the "assistance requested" bell)
We asked the employee at the package mailing counter and she said they were short-staffed and there was nothing she could do to help. So I waited another ~5-10min and ultimately left having not received my package after about 45min at the post office.
Unfortunately, this is "my" post office, so I have to go back and try my luck again if I want my package.
