We went to port my parents new phone, and the sevice staff Javier helped us, the whole experience we had was smooth and friendly. My parents tranfered their service from other carrier which they weren't very happy with. So even the transfer experience from that Carrier which you can image not well. We had some hard time to get the information which it shouldn't have to be. Please looking for Jacari to assist, he is the best, with all the patience and enthusiasm!

I visited this location on Monday 18th. of this month around 6pm. because I needed to upgrade my iPhone. I walked in and a nice young man, Chase, acknowledged me and asked what he could helped me with. So I explained him the issues I was having with my phone so he checked his iPad to check if was entitled to any deals. I agreed to add another line to my plane so I could get a new iPhone 14 for 4 dollars added to my plan. From the beginning I told him to help me to do everything because the I am not very familiar with technology so he agreed to do everything so I didn't have to worry about it later. During the transferring of the data to the new phone, Chase went to get something and when he came back Chase told me the was going to leave me there alone because the manager, Anna, told him to move to the next customer that he was taking to long with me. So Chase gave me his phone number and told me to call him if I had a question. I told him I didn't know what to do next, he said he understood but it wasn't his decision, it was Anna's to leave me there alone. I felt very disappointed because some managers jeopardize great relationships with customers for money. Now I am worse than before, higher bill to pay, a new phone that is not set up properly and my old phone with a new phone number that I don't know to reset it as new one so it doesn't interfere with the new one. Now I have to carry both phones so i don't have to miss any phone call nor texts. I've been a Verizon customer for a very long time but I am very disappointed by the service of management, especially Anna.

When signing up for home internet I was told I am free to cancel service as long as I return home internet box. When I requested to cancel the service and RETURNED equipment I got billed for equipment I returned to that store when I called them out on this they said “ we said you can return it but never said you won’t be billed”. Absolute scam . I wouldn’t bother dealing with the staff they seem uninterested in doing anything

Preston Alexander is a rockstar! He helped us replace my mother in laws lost cell phone today. It was incredibly challenging because we could not remember her 4 digit password and it cannot be retrieved without her phone. While we were all very frustrated with the fraud department and customer service Preston went above and beyond to resolve our situation. While it took 90 minutes due to sheer incompetence from the phone support Preston never gave up and was committed to making sure we were 100% satisfied! Couldn't have done it without him!!!

I came in here back in November 2023 to return my broken WiFi box, after returning it I was being charged an amount I shouldn’t have been since Verizon was replacing it for free and the sales representative was nice enough to help me out. After that we talked about getting my son a new iPad so he can have a data plan vs always relying on others hotspot. The sales rep (Justin) promised my bill would only go up $8.00 but I would have to get a new cell phone as well so I thought why not, plus he promised me about 100$ to 120$ in credits to help with the sales tax, he opened the iPad to help me set me up. Fast forward I realized he sold me an iPad with very low GB so I had to back and return it to get one with a higher GB and now I was stuck paying a restocking fee and paying more sales tax. My bill was so high I asked when the credits would kick in and now it would be even higher with another sales tax I have to pay. This nice lady names Alice helped me out and right there I discovered my new devices were opted out of insurance and all previous devices as well and ( Justin) to keep my price low opted me out of insurance I was not happy, instead of being upfront saying only way to keep bill the same was to opt out, so now my bill is even higher because the iPad with more GB caused my bill to go higher and I needed insurance on all my devices my bill is now $110.00 dollars more a month because of this and Alice said I would get my credits which she said the manager approved from her and Justin to cover my next bills restocks and sales tax and all extra fees, she even gave me her number so I can call or text her to verify my credits would show up, so I went to the manager and praised her for helping out and calming me. So now my Jan bill was $240.00 over than what I wanted it to be so I called and texted ALICE but nothing no respond and still my credits are not there. It’s saddening that they promise so much just for a sale. I cant keep going back to the store I am very busy and she still hasn’t answered my messages or call. I am stuck with a 4th phone I don’t need and I’m paying $110.00 more because I got these devices without insurance assured my bill would be the same. If I knew my bill would be so much more than originally $245.00 I would have just said thank you for the WiFi box help but no thank you why get devices without insurance. Super disappointed! Be advised once you are out the door and sale has been done they don’t follow through on what is promised.

My phone service is broken. I went into this Verizon branch and said, "is there anything you can do to fix my phone?" He said, "No." So I told him, "I'll go to AT&T, then." His response? "That's on you." Wow. Zero percent commitment to customer satisfaction or retention.

I arrived here (my first time at this location) and was surprised at how quickly I was assigned to a sales associate. Things seemed okay at first and the sales associate, Kaylynn Jackson asked me the reason for my visit and we went along with normal business. Then she put me on the phone with Verizon customer service, and told me to cancel my line and then we would change my phone number. I agreed and then repeated what she told me to the customer service rep on the phone. He then told me that it was pointless to cancel the line if all I needed was to change my number. So I told him that I did not want to cancel my line and to just change the number instead. When I told Kaylynn that the rep had changed my number without canceling my line; her entire demeanor changed. She was very snappy with me and said "Well we were trying to do a promotion and save you money." I told her the rep said it was actually more expensive if I did it the way she suggested, and she pretty much stood up and walked away clearly upset. I guess she wanted to charge me extra money or was upset that I didn't do things "her way." Whatever the reason, I won't be back to this location. I'm grateful that the customer service rep on the phone stopped me from making a mistake.

We visited Verizon after hearing about some irresistible promotions. Moving to Verizon would be extremely complicated - our family brings a nightmare lineup including all of iPhones, iPads, Android phones and tablets, and a Windows PC. Users would be coming from both T-mobile and AT&T, both seniors and children, some out-of-staters. Kaylynn greeted us as our Verizon specialist and was amazing. Along with her manager Eric, they huddled to "right size" the services needed and clearly showed how they delivered maximum value. Thereafter, they came up with a game plan to onboard and activate the devices. Kaylynn was fantastic at getting the devices onboarded and got most of them activated, even overcoming some extremely challenging technical difficulties. Kaylynn asked whether we knew about Verizon Home Internet, which I did not. This type of wireless broadband service is suspicious to me compared to a hardwire cable line, especially as a full-time remote worker. However, Kaylynn explained her own experience switching to Verizon Home Internet, and their "try before you buy" service. She ended up stealing me from Charter as well. So far, so good with our home internet! I've always heard great things about Verizon service, but thought it a bit more expensive than the competition. After looking side-by-side, I don't think this is the case. At least for us, we are paying much less than our pervious services. So big thanks to Kaylynn and Eric for being such awesome teammates and bringing us over to Verizon!

Went in there tryna buy a phone case and didn't even come out with one because the workers in there dont even greet you or help you out there were plenty of other workers and none could help what am i suppose to do go grab it my self? Y'all need better customer service that's why no one wants to be with Verizon cause yall over all suck won't be coming back here and hope no one else does and yall close down!

Went in to see if I could use my Verizon dollars and ended up getting this bluetooth speaker. The guy kept saying it was the last one. I didn't believe him. They always say stuff like that so you can buy it. I had to pay only a few bucks because I had my Verizon dollars. it was a good deal, But, because he was very nice, I'm gonna give them 5 stars.
