“My border collie had a sore on his nose for years. My regular vet couldn’t figure it out. Finally, we came here and this vet took one look at my dog and immediately said it’s lupus, very common with border collies. He’s on meds now that cleared it up. Great vet!”

“The care for my most recent visit was really good. I brought my very fearful pup in a stroller. Even though she was sedated she was shaking. The tech accommodated us and even took my pup in the stroller into the back to receive services. When I returned an hour later... she was laying down calmly. Huge progress! Every one is great. I need to get the names of the reception folks they are great too. I don't remember the name of the tech this last time she was great too. My dog Ethel was the calmest I've seen her at the vet. What I appreciated most is empathy.”

“brought my small Chihuahua to Animal Medical Hospital because she wasn’t feeling well. I want to say that the staff was absolutely nice to both me and my dog. They gave me antibiotics and clear instructions, and I followed everything they told me. My dog improved within the first week, and I was very happy with how well she responded to the treatment. Her first visit was $233, and a recheck was optional and cost $49. Just a heads-up to ask about the cost of a recheck when making your appointment so you know what to expect. Overall, I’m very thankful for the care my Chihuahua received. The treatment worked, the staff was kind, and I feel that I received good care for the money. I would definitely recommend them. ❤🐾”

Vet discusses exam and explains what procedure can be done in future and not needed immediately.They sent estimate what future procedure price range may cost. This is a good service. Also lab results were available in day or two and sent to me with interpretation. Clinic is very clean, no odor. Exam room large and curious pet out of carrier roamed around. Location easy to get to. Costs in range for vet services.”

“I have had two vet visits at Banfield. Both times I saw Dr Chen, who was awesome. She took the time to explain everything and answer all our questions. There was also a vet tech at the first visit whose name I believe was Brian. He was also awesome and took the time to talk to us and explain everything. The receptionist working at the first visit was wonderful, but the receptionist working there at the second visit was rude. Other than that, I highly recommend them.”

“From the moment I walked in with my new kitten, the Team at Foothill said hello and made us feel welcome. The Receptionists were very friendly and professional. The Vet Assistants (Gisselle, Yuli, and Justin) were nice and made sure my kitten was comfortable in the exam room. Dr. Clark answered all my questions and I could tell my kitten felt at ease during the whole exam. I was hoping it would be a positive experience for her and it was. Yay! Thank you VCA Foothill!”

“I was going through my (recently passed) cat's things and I found two business cards from here. Though I will never be a client now that my baby is over the rainbow bridge, I need everyone to know the care these doctors and techs had for my sweet, old man. Dr. Yang and Dr. Allsup are absolute superstars of care. For 3 1/2 years they listened and helped my cat like he was their own. They are quick with advice and make it a point to make everyone I've seen them interact with remain calm. Techs like Michelle, Daisy, Raven and Samantha (and others) are kind and wonderful women. No one here ever made me feel stupid for learning new ways to care for my animal, and they were always checking in on things he needed. As a college kid with her first cat by herself, they felt like a safety net, or another family I could ask advice from, and I'm so glad they were the ones to care for him up until earlier this month when he decided it was his time & he was done fighting. I am devastated, but I feel grateful to this team. It's not likely II'll have it in me to have another furry companion anytime soon, please know if you have a cat and want them cared for, take them to the kind hearts that work here. Thank you for everything all of you did for Patches.”

“As I am reading a bunch of these reviews I see people are very ignorant not knowing everyone is human. Things get lost even in the most prestigious locations. Anyways just have to rant about that really quick. I had a great experience..I made my appointment through the Petco app and the questions and prompts were awesome no delay very quick and easy to use. I made my appointment for 8:30am thinking everybody would be groggy but no I showed up ON TIME, a lot of people get mad when people are upset when they are late. How about you show up on time and see their mood then. Anyways I was welcomed with a smile and they asked if I was the 8:30 appointment I said yes and my cat's name. They sat me down for 2 minutes and took me to the room. Sat there while a assistant got information about my cat and we weighed her and all that fun stuff. The Doc came in about 5 minutes later and asked me what was wrong and I mentioned all the details. I was told a list of issues/problems. As well as solutions clinically or at home. As well given option to what to do text, exam wise. They don't charge you whatever they ask what yo want to do for your pet and tell you the cost. Anyways I went home with an exam for my cat and medication and she recovered after the medication and I had a very pleasant visit at this vet. Thanks for reading my long review of this vet. Thanks!”

I came in missing some paperwork that made the process tougher than need be, yet the staff was patient, understanding, and on point to help finish the cert and get me and my dog exactly what we needed.
