“If I could give this hospital a sixth star, I would. I came here an emotional wreck because my sweetheart of a rat needed help crossing over. It was an emergency. I called first, and the front desk staff was extremely sympathetic and let me know they would be able to accommodate me. From start to finish, the nurses and the doctor were patient, sincere, and comforting. They let me take all of the time I needed to say goodbye and treated my baby with the utmost gentleness and care. The trauma of losing a pet will never be easy, but letting them go in the company of people who know and understand the complex depth of your bond is of the utmost importance to begin the healing process.”

“I've absolutely been loving coming here. :) Dr. Hajar is amazing and has caught so many things that previous doctors have missed with my cats and is always very patient with my questions and concerns. The staff is also always super friendly! I had an emergency with one of my cats and they were able to accommodate him immediately which I am so grateful for. “We have been clients of the amazing Dr. Bliefer for over 25 years. We followed her here when she made it her exclusive location. We used to drive 2 to 2 1/2 hours to get care, now it's 8 hrs but totally worth it. The staff is good, the office has other vets as well and gets VERY BUSY! They do their best to treat every pet and client with care. I agree with another reviews that phone messages and email are not the best way to communicate, you need to talk to a person. Dr. Bleifer is a premier reproductive vet as well as a great diagnostican and we will always value her continuing care.”

“As I am reading a bunch of these reviews I see people are very ignorant not knowing everyone is human. Things get lost even in the most prestigious locations. Anyways just have to rant about that really quick. I had a great experience..I made my appointment through the Petco app and the questions and prompts were awesome no delay very quick and easy to use. I made my appointment for 8:30am thinking everybody would be groggy but no I showed up ON TIME, a lot of people get mad when people are upset when they are late. How about you show up on time and see their mood then. Anyways I was welcomed with a smile and they asked if I was the 8:30 appointment I said yes and my cat's name. They sat me down for 2 minutes and took me to the room. Sat there while a assistant got information about my cat and we weighed her and all that fun stuff. The Doc came in about 5 minutes later and asked me what was wrong and I mentioned all the details. I was told a list of issues/problems. As well as solutions clinically or at home. As well given option to what to do text, exam wise. They don't charge you whatever they ask what yo want to do for your pet and tell you the cost. Anyways I went home with an exam for my cat and medication and she recovered after the medication and I had a very pleasant visit at this vet. Thanks for reading my long review of this vet. Thanks!”

I have no doubt they saved our dogs life. When we have an appointment we understand that there may be a small wait because of other emergencies. Love this place”
“Update 02/16/2024: (changing 1 star to 5 star) I got a text from Rosey. The business phone system has been down and sometimes work for more than 2 weeks now. And PetDesk doesn't work if you are a new customer. Unfortunately, my account has my daughter's phone and my appointment won't link. I finally got a new appointment and will be heading there in a few weeks.From my past experience, their veterinarians are all nice and easy to communicate with. My current dog is very happy with this place. they offer neuter/spay, vaccines and also have Xray and other pet services. They also sell dog food, I believe it's all Hill Science diet.02/15/2024I currently take my dog here and want to make an appt. Using PetDesk, I never get a confirmation. I called their number and left multiple messages and no one ever called me back.I have anew dog I wan to take here but the way their customer service works, I'll just go somewhere else.”
